This place is absolutely terrible. The girl asked me what shape I wanted my nails to be and I said, round and she burst out laughing. I asked, why was that her response and she couldn’t answer me. Wildly unprofessional. I thought I’d give this place a second try but it matched my same disappointed as the first time around.
She couldn’t even put cuticle oil on at the end. I have never been to a nail salon that hasn’t offered that. Will not recommend to family or friends and will not return.

I’ve been going to Jen nails for years!! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. I typically see Mavin & Yen, they are both amazing and take great care of me. I always look forward to going to get my nails done here

Tried for the first time today. Was rushed and nails look terrible. 45.00 “manicure” but never cut cuticles. Just used drill. Pedicure was average at very least. My cuticles are crusty and the polish is streaky. Won’t ever go back.

I wish there was an explanation for the stars. I think of all the nail places I have been to, Jen Nails has the biggest selection..if you ask, of different polishes and different types of style Chrome…. Like that. I would still be going there if I had the courage to make an appointment with a different tech. But I went to her for about a year or a little more so it would be uncomfortable. The tech also was hit or miss. One time it was awesome then the next time it wasn’t. She barely speaks English but the owner is in front of her and she usually translates. Let me say I always give minimum 30% tip. I have worked were tips really count…. The straw that broke the camels back is when she like hurt me… ya know where it gets hot. I am not mad about that I am mad about her reaction. I flinched and like pulled my hand like towards myself and she literally crossed her arms and said you need to stay still? And I just got tired of EVERYTIME telling her boss to tell her that I didn’t want them thick…. I mean after how many times I go there she shouldn’t keep being told…also it seemed like she understood everything I was saying but once in awhile I had to have the owner translate. She was so unfriendly and never smiled. I just got sick of begging how I wanted my nails… just not to thick and almond shaped. And o felt like she was talking about me in her language. I never was rude to her or anything. But I shouldn’t have to kiss her butt so she would do my nails right? So I now go somewhere else where they don’t have nearly as many choices but my nails are done right without me begging. But I sure wish I could go back and get someone else!!! It stinks…I was a sales manager at very large furniture store for 23 years… which is why I say if I were her boss she would be fired for the way she treats customers. She barely spoke English but she sure learned how to be rude!

I was referred to Jen nails by a friend of mine. I started seeing Tu and absolutely love him!! The service has been great and he listens to exactly what I want and does wonderful work!!! So happy I found this place!

Bought a gift card here and then tried to redeem. It’s quite a process. You must redeem 4 days in advance and then call to setup appt. And then when you’re done and they want $52, they’ll tell you that they don’t take gift cards. What a ripoff. I’ll never be back and will tell everyone about this. Terrible customer service and rude management.

This is my first time going to this place and I would definitely go back. My Mother and Sister goes there so I decided to try it out today but let me tell you the massage chair number 3 I had felt so good to me it was hitting every spot on my back. and better then any other nail spa that I’ve been to Also, I want to send a big shout out to. The lovely lady name Tracy or Stacy. I’m sorry if I got the name wrong but she was a sweetheart. She was honest about my feet. She was amazing. She went above and beyond on my feet and I am so thankful for her. Thank you so much see you soon ???
Cleanliness: Yes very clean it was a little hot in there and there was a lot of people there which made it hotter just rank it up a little bit Thank you
