All I can say is check your receipt. I asked for a pedicure the cardboard had 3 different kinds of pedis and I chose the basic which it had the price listed as $30. Pedicure was rushed and 1 min of massage was too long. I asked for a manicure as well…again rushed, rushed…I asked for my ring nail to have glitter. I went up to the register to Pay and …I had to ask for a receipt because she wasn’t giving me one. $32 for the pedicure, $20 for a manicure and $6 for EXTRA SERVICE. Glitter on my ring nail. What? Like I told her (Lucy) if you would of mention the charge upfront I would probably agree to it but when the charges come after and prices are more than what’s displayed…that’s when u get annoyed and I feel taking advantaged of) Jen heard what I was saying and said nothing. I walked back in to sit and allow my nails to dry so I went to the pedicure chairs to look for the cards to check prices and the were magically gone?! Sorry, but this is the last time I go back there. I will attach a picture of my nails and tell me if it looks like a professional job to you.

I went for a full set of acrylics and a pedicure for $115. My pedicure was extremely rushed and far fromthorough. They did not scrub the bottom of my feet, did not leave the hot rags on for more than a minute not to mention the polish a week later is chipping. As for my nails one week later two nails has already fallen off the nail polish is not complete on the sides of my nail and during the process they did not clean my nails after applying the nails. This was my first visit. It will be my last sadly.Services: Acrylic nails

Very disappointed. I got a full acrylic set and he didn’t even paint my full nail. He also didn’t clean my fingers after he was done, so I had a bunch of nail dust caked to my fingers that I had to scrape off at home. My mom also went and they cut her finger twice, but told her she probably had paper cuts. So unprofessional

Not sure why this place has such good reviews... Just got home from a pedi. Didn't remove all my old nail polish, was super rushed, and terrible painting. UghServices: Polish removal

My friend and I went for a pedicure yesterday. We both had appointments for 10:30am. They took so many walk-ins that our appt was a half hour behind schedule. When they finally got us back, they filled up our water to soak our feet. They attended to my friends water, and turned on her jets. They left my water run, until it was almost at the top and I had to ask someone to turn it off before it overflowed. They did not turn on my jets, because doing so would have caused a mess, nor did they adjust the water to allow for jets to be on. Then, one individual got started on my friends pedicure and took her time, was thorough. The woman doing my pedicure came about 5-10 minutes later and proceeded to rush through my pedicure. I have not had a pedicure in at least a year, but she did not use the stone to scrub at my feet for more than a few seconds. I was not impressed with this place at all, and will definitely be choosing a different salon for my next pedicure.

Such a great place to get your nails done in town! I always go to Maven and I feel like he does a very good job and is very meticulous with his craft and is so easy to talk to. I even trusted him to do my wedding nails!Only thing I would comment on is the cleanliness. There are several paint splatters on the walls from nail polish and I saw a few clipped nails on the floor where I was getting my manicure done.Overall, I will come back for sure! And the dogs are an added bonus! :)Services: Manicure

I absolutely love Jen Nails. I have been coming here for about a year now and I have loved every set they have done for me. Today I had a special occasion I needed nails done for and I brought a picture in for Nikki, and she did a fabulous job! I have such a high respect for Jen and her staff because they are true artists.

I have never felt so disrespected at a salon before. I had been going to Jen Nails regularly since October, and this isn't the first time at Jen Nails that I have been treated rudely. I wouldn't have gone back, but my husband got me a gift card for Christmas before I could tell him I didn't want to go there again. I had an appointment for first thing in the morning. I got there right on time and didn't wait long before I was given a station. A tech came over and gave me a cursory book of colors to look through, not the big basket. Jen did suggest a color from my interest, but I really felt rushed. After starting my appointment, the tech abruptly told me to move stations, and her regular appointment was there! I waited 20 minutes for Jen to complete her appointment before she could come finish mine! She told me they were short staffed, but why was I the one that was booted out of my appointment?? I have had similar issues twice now. I was given more colors to look through, but honestly, I was so upset by this time that I couldn't even pick other colors. Jen finished my nails and then walked away with half-hearted apologies. To add another insult to this issue, they overcharged me for the service. I didn't argue because I won't be going back.Service: Dip powder
