Thank you ladies for helping me out in such a fast manner. My wedding ring had some concerns and they were able to have it fixed 2 days prior to my wedding. They were very polite and helpful. Stopped into the New Lenox store and the 2 woman at the counter were so welcoming and helped fix my necklace! They were positive throughout the entire experience and offered solution ASAP! The store was clean and they gave my necklace a good clean after. Thank you to the Kay workers for being so nice and helpful!

Watch Kay Jewelers in general. They have a tendency of selling Lab Created Diamonds At Astronomical Prices. A $2200 Engagement Ring. Come to find to find out the ring has no value. Great to know! Hope they enjoyed their commission.

So, I'm at this location in New Lenox IL and Claudia is my go to lady.... Always pleasant,kind and wonderful and I just met Madison she just as wonderful........ I'll always shop with these ladies, they are definitely special in my book...... Thanks Ladies for making me feel good with your good customer service, I don't always get that...... Want to share the most amazing experience I had a week ago. Went in looking for Christmas presents. The sales crew at new Lenox is so helpful and pleasant. Amanda and Madyson helped me pick out a few gifts.I had such an amazing experience I brought my daughter back and we ended up buying two beautiful ringsI highly recommend going and seeing the wonderful people there.

If there was a way to give this store a 0 I would in a heart beat! They told me I had diamonds missing and when they looked up my account to check the warranty information they all of a sudden wouldn’t take the rings to have them sent off. Went to another Kay’s in southern IL and they confirmed I didn’t have diamonds missing. This store is trash and needs to be shut down. The staff was very disrespectful and couldn’t even comprehend the fact if there were diamonds missing that they needed to send the rings off. This store and the staff are a joke. Next time I will go to the Marion, IL store where they are knowledgeable and know what they are talking about.
