I’m Very disappointed they did not tell me in any part of the buying process that I have 48 hours to return a major appliance. I have been bounced around to the Lowe’s store to Lowe’s delivery to Maytag and back for over a week. No one is taking charge to resolve my issue and I’m very regretful I went with Lowe’s over two other stores for the washer dryer set. Every time I called they just forwarded me on saying “this place will rectify your issue” but then that place tells me “no it’s someone else” and then the cycle repeats. I just wanted to find a resolution for something that they didn’t disclose when I purchased the items.

Bought 40 bags of mulch at 3.33 a bag, came back 5 days laters and bought another 40, but this time the bags were 3.98 each. Spoke with customer service and a manager and they wouldn't budge on adjusting the price. Sad part is I need 20 more bags to complete my project and I know they will charge 3.98 again... This place wouldn't let me have a simple $21 per 20 bags back. This is how a billion dollar company treats their loyal customers.

The website indicated that you had 10 boxes of pneumatic staples at the New Lenox location. When I arrived, there was not even 1 box. Please do better.

The greatest thing is the customer service I received. However, they don't know how to use the gift cards well so mine got locked out ??♀️

Terrible customer service even when talk to a manager he acted like he actually don’t care never ever go there again I live in their backyard. I will never go to them for anything anymore. I don’t advise anybody to go shopping at the store at all.

Now when I need things for the home, I will always come here. Usually the employees are very good and helpful. I went there on Sunday looking for a set of blinds for a bedroom window. After finding something very close to my measurements in trim and go I asked for help in the dept. À lady associate showed up I her the showed measurements and which one I wanted she said the machine was broken and could not help me. She was a bit rude about it really. Like I was bothering her. I told her I guess I would need to go else where she replied basically Whatever....

Called to see if Mulch came in, the lady who answered phone in Garden put me on hold for 15 mins then said they had 59 bags in stock.when I Went to the store, they said it was out of stock. and the lady who answered phone gave me a fake name as when I got to store they said no Marista worked there, So who was in the garden center answering phones at approx 10 am? This really made me upset and not to shop at New Lenox Lowe’s any more!! Store never has what they advertise. When you call they lie!!!

Either the phone system at the Lowe's in New Lenox is broken or they don't want to talk to you. (I think it's the latter).
Twenty minutes on hold getting shuffled from customer "service" to window blinds. Every time it seems like they pick up they put you right back on hold- then back to customer service. Done with them.

I bought a whole new kitchen's worth of cabinets (Allen and Roth) and they arrived late, and one was broken. The process of getting a replacement cabinet has been a nightmare. It has been over 4 weeks of me trying to get Lowes and Allen and Roth in contact with each other so A&R can get whatever info they need, and it has been impossible. My calls have gone unsecured, A&R's calls and emails have gone unsecured, and I have been hung up on when trying to contact the store. When I go in, the cabinet employees are never there. I am beyond frustrated, my kitchen is still a wreck and I STILL do not have my replacement cabinet. I would not buy cabinets from Lowes ever again.
