I opened my first account here 10+ years ago and have been disappointed with the increase in fees and policy changes over the years. Their online portal/phone app is lacking and they close your online account if you don't login often enough. It's hard to keep track of your account when your bank regularly closes online access to your account for "security".I've also lost a lot of money in fees over the years at this bank because I was not paying close enough attention to their aggressive inactivity and minimum balance fee policies that have changed over the years. Partly due to my own carelessness, but I expected my bank to keep my money safe, not take it from me! When I opened my account, there was no minimum balance fee...The staff at this location was always friendly, but overall I wouldn't recommend Marquette Bank.

This goes for all Marquette banks..They always hold up my zelle or deposits. Even cash deposits get held up for over 48 hours. This bank is horrible. The people are kind. But the rules are a horror movie. Bank anywhere else then here.

Mary Walsh was the kindest woman I have ever talked to at Marquette. She helped me patiently and talked through the steps thoroughly. She wrote down all the information I needed and made the process frictionless. Great Job, very happy to be banking with Marquette.

When my husband died, I was totally lost. I was so devastated that I could not function. Inge Chronos held my hand every step of the way. She helped me figure out the finances and also helped me through the grieving process. She was patient and understanding. One year and three months later, Inge is still readily available for any problem I may encounter. Thank you Inge.
