Been going to Parkview Orthopedics for a bulging disc in my neck for a year. Dr. Sampat is the best. He listens, asks questions and uses conservative therapies. I highly recommend for any neck, spine issues

Would give a zero if I could! Tried to make an appointment as I have a fractured patella and they told me they did not accept my insurance. My insurance company then called and they do have a contract with my insurance. The receptionist was rude to my insurance agent and refused to make an appointment.

They are very friendly and Dr. Bigart is wonderful. Fixed my hip right up, had no issues and was walking unassisted after 3 days. My PT was so surprised. 3 1/2 weeks later I trip and fall, afraid I messed up something he got me right in on Monday X-rays and I was good to go.

Very friendly staff. Dr. Fuentes is an excellent and friendly provider and has great bedside manner. I definitely recommend him. Also all the staff were excellent there too, from the receptionist to the medical assistant and the xray technician.

I have been going to Parkview for a couple of years. My experience with both doctors that I saw there were great. I had total knee replacement on one knee and have had no problems. My most recent visit was for an ankle, I was treated and felt great the next day!

Calvin was very pleasant and concerned about what I needed. Dr Biggert was the best orthopedic doctor I ever went to. He was kind and very concerned about my needs. I would recommend him to everyone.

I had an appointment with Allie P for a cortisone shot in my right knee. Besides being very careful about finding the correct injection site, she also numbed the outside area very well. Allie also took the time to explain the benefits of gelinjections for my knees and that I would probably get longer pain relief from them. Everyone at the greeting area and the tech who took me back the exam room were all very pleasant & professional.

I knew I was in excellent hands with Dr. Bigart when he took a no-nonsense approach to my hip replacement. He offered less invasive options to surgery, and when those failed, he got me scheduled as soon as possible. I have a new lease on life and am anxious to get busy doing things I was unable to do before surgery!

Great experience. Dr Alyssa Protich was very helpful and knowledgeable for the reason for my visit. She explained to me my options for my treatment and got the wheels in motion to help me move forward. My appointment time was as scheduled and I did not have to wait lpast the scheduled time like you usually do at most offices. I will go back there in the future if need be. I highly recommend going there. Dr Alyssa is the best.

Dr. Ratkovich is the Boom!!! After looking at the X-rays of my heal/foot he knew exactly where the pain was that I had been experiencing for a year. He asked me if I would like to leave his office pain free, of course I said yes!!! After giving me a shot in my heal I walked out of the office pain free!!! This doctor knows his stuff!!! So anything about your feet I advocate Dr. Ratkovich!!! Thank you for making my heal pain go away. I feel so much better!!!

Everyone at Dr. Ratkovich's office is pleasant and helpful. I especially am grateful for Dr. Ratkovich's care and treatment given to make me feel better. I was given a next day appointment and now have no pain. I did have one negative issue yesterday. Doctor prescribed antibiotics for me and as I was leaving the patient room I was assured by a staff member that my prescription was sent to my desired pharmacy. However, 7 hours later after waiting for a "ready" text, when I stopped to pick it up, there was NO script there. I immediately called the office and left a message on the nurse line. Within minutes I got a call back from Stephanie who apologized that it was not sent, and she said she would send it over. She did and I was able to begin the medication. Had it been sent in the morning though as I was assured it was, I could have started it sooner. Think of my pain level had it been for a pain med. So the problem ultimately was fixed which I appreciate, but I felt it should be brought to your attention. Perhaps it could be looked into to see where the breakdown occurred so that I could have confidence to again give 5 stars as I have before rather than 3. Timeliness in getting my medication started is very important to me. Thank you for your attention. I adore Dr. Ratkovich and my granddaughter says hi!

My injury was considered severe. I was lucky that Dr. Ratkovich was available to repair my broken ankle. Each time I have seen him he has been friendly, non-alarming, willing to explain my progress and the healing steps to follow. I am extremely happy with Dr. Ratkovich's attention and the entire staff who have supported all of my needs.

When having a scary procedure scheduled, it makes a difference when you have a confident doctor hold your hand and say "I will take care of you." And that is Dr. Sampat!. Whenever I get scared I think of the calming look on his face when he said that to me.

I had been previously diagnosed with severe stenosis in lumbar area. Brought in a recent MRI showing a severe herniated disc to Dr. Sampat. He did not pull up the scan to go over it with me. He just asked if I had any previous surgeries. I indicated I had a MILD procedure done by my pain doctor. He asked to see the scar. I said it was done 2 years ago and the incision was the size of a baby aspirin. I assumed he was a back doctor and wouldn’t know enough about the MILD procedure and would automatically pull up my MRI — a common practice when a patient brings in a recent MRI disk. . Is he truly an orthopedic spine doctor / surgeon? More like a quack. I wound up having a fusion done by a different, more reputable surgeon and I’m doing well.
