I cannot say enough good things about Performance Auto. Mike is honest and caring. He will tell you what you need and not try and rip you off. I found Performance Auto on a whim and Mike went above and beyond to help me. I will go back there for everything I need.Marissa is so helpful and nice to deal with. They make a wonderful team!

This business is run like all businesses should be. The customer comes first. Mike, Jake and Marissa are awesome and have accommodated me on a tight schedule several times.I have been to several shops in the New Lenox area over the years and have not been happy. I am lucky that I have found Performance Automotive to work on my car.Quality work at a fair price. If you need any type of service done to your car, contact them. You can trust them. Mike at Performance has cared for every vehicle I’ve ever owned. He is professional, thorough, and fair. I trust him to diagnose what is wrong with my vehicle and fix it in a timely manner. He always communicates if the timeline needs to extend and stands by his work. As a family with small children, Mike has even picked up and dropped off our vehicles for us if logistically we weren’t going to be able to get to his shop without playing the car seat game. Can you imagine better service than that?! Mike is an asset to our community. Don’t hesitate to patronize this business!
