I love this location, it's always clean and the equipment is updated. The only thing that I'd like to mention is that, I joined a gym to lose weight in a healthy way, not from surgery or medicine. On my way out one day one of the staff members stopped me and told me how hard I was working, then followed with their doctors name and that they could see me losing the weight much faster if I got on the medicine their doctor prescribed to them. I know this person means well, but I never asked for their advice or opinion. I avoid going when this employee is there now.

Beware! My checking account was charged 25$ I enrolled in the 10$ membership. I called and spoke to the manager Cole. 10$ monthly+15$ late fee. My membership is linked to my checking account, and nothing has changed. Cole would NOT refund the 15$ says he will notify the area manager Terry. I never received any notification that Planet Fitness had any issues with my auto-pay. I promise to follow up with their solution.

once again it's great to see empty building being turned into a gym it's a win win all around. Parking is not an issue and parking is ample and well lite since it's 24 hours Being a newer facility the equipment is all up to date. The black card spa area is Nice.

Joining this gym has been a game-changer for me in terms of sticking to a regular workout routine. The previous gym I attended was lackluster at best. I now engage in yoga, barre core, and Taekwondo sessions at both this gym facility and the Joliet location (thanks to my Black Card membership). I have been alternating between these two locations, and the positive effects are already evident. I manage to work out almost every day, with just one missed session per week at most, and I'm gradually losing some pounds.
After my workout, I indulge in the luxurious massage chair, where I unwind by listening to my meditation app and I feel like I’m reconnecting with the practice after neglecting it for years. I wish I had joined this gym earlier, as the benefits have been tremendous.
A special shoutout to Jason, who was instrumental in guiding me in setting up my membership and making my transition seamless. Major kudos to him!

If they had zero stars they would get that. New Lenox location has terrible customer service. Staff is rude and lazy, you are an inconvenience if you ask them a question and has been like that from day 1! Manager is never there. If they are going to be the summer teen hang out that is fine, but stop charging the other customers that can't be on machines because there are kids on the machines holding social hour. parents just drop their kids and leave. I would think they would need to have an adult with them. Have tried twice to cancel and every time they have an excuse of why I'm going to have to make one more payment. Today, went in to freeze account for summer until freebies are over. The girl was so rude. Told info the manager had given me was incorrect then proceeded to have me stand and wait for 5 minutes while she helped a customer over the phone. When she was done on the phone she looked at me and said your done. Couldn't tell me that before you got on the phone or maybe tell the person on the phone to hold a second. Nope, waste me time. Will finish my membership for this year because they made me pay for it and take my business elsewhere. Another place might be more expensive but worth it in the long run to not have deal with the poor staffing and management at Planet Fitness. Cheaper is definitely nt better.

Very clean facility, however I've noticed the staff only greets white or Mexican members. I usually wouldn't care but staff go out there way too not speak ig it's the dreadlocks I have I mind my business, follow gym rules but it's fine maybe joliet location is better for me

So, all the Planet Fitness's are the same. They have a lot of cardio machines but not enough weights. Unfortunately, there are no scales!

I have been in many Planet Fitness facilities in IL, IN, KT, and TN. They are all well maintained and very clean. The New Lenox P-Fit is excellent. I meet the regional manager today Terry and had the opportunity to compliment him and his clubs for the cleanliness level (he was cleaning the doors/windows when I meet him). Keep up the good work.
