I went for an oil change. I usually bring my car to the dealer so this is the first time I actually went to a mechanic. What a great experience. The owner John was very knowledgeable and was very polite. I will definitely be back for my next oil change in 5,000 miles!

Hi there! I'm a first-time customer to this repair shop.(2003 Honda CRV - No heat and oil leak issue)Honestly from the initial phone call to schedule my appointment, to a few short hours later after I dropped my car off, it was fixed!It's important to note that not all things can be identified and repaired that quickly. What was most impressive was that he kept his word, delivery time and repair cost. Albeit unforeseen things can happen, regardless I truly believe he is an honest and dependable person and a man of his word.I've used other mechanics in the surrounding New Lenox area for years that were "recommended". All I can say is that John was very understanding and moreover accommodating in getting my vehicle back on the road quickly!Glenn

I have used ProMechanics twice in the past few months and had a very positive experience both times. John is very knowledgeable, honest and friendly. The work was done quickly and the cost seemed to be fair. I would definitely use him again and will recommend ProMechanics to anyone who is looking for a new auto mechanic.

Very honest and reasonably priced. Got me in and out fast for a wheel bearing and used a mat to keep my car clean even though it was very dirty inside anyway. I would highly recommend and will be sending more business there.
