The online ordering process was easy. Shortly thereafter I got a call from Yolanda the Property Manager to make sure everything was good and to offer any moving materials I might need. Very happy with the facility.

We have been waiting for our refund since September. Keep being told “refund has been approved, waiting for accouting to mail check. Really, it is now December, have called many times and have been told the same thing over and over. Ridiculous! very bad customer service.

Its all open, It's not secured by a gate with code. So I'm not putting much in my unit, just incase somebody wants to saw off lock in dead of night. Might just have to go somewhere weres theres a gate and code, but that costs abit more than red dot.

I have have my unit for about 16 months I just got a letter stating that they are increasing rates because they “continually reinvest in their properties, staff, and technology...†there is no fence, terrible lighting, I have not seen any security cameras and I have never seen a Red Dot Employee on site.... this is really a self-service storage unit.... so why is my rate going up 27%? Time to find a new storage locker.

Called police on several occasions. Found units wide open, locks cut off and items stolen late at night. Not gated, no security at all. Electrical outlets at the units don't work either. Dumpster is always overflowing. Now they just raised the rent, again. Move on to some other place!

Well let me start by saying, I had no issues for the last 12 years that I have been renting from the facility, until it was sold and bought by Red Dot a few years ago. Always paid and on time, my payment are sent directly from the bank. Well I go the storage space and find a RED LOCK on the door??? I call and ask why, they had no info on why and no one had any info on why, but the fasted they can get the lock off is next week. Really?? But for my inconvenience they will give me a $25 credit. Wow isn't that nice, but still cannot access my storage space till next week. I have materials and stuff I needed, but they could not get anyone to help till next week. So if your looking for a storage space, look elsewhere.
