Today we went to get our car washed, robot would not take credit or debit car, as there was no way to back out, I put a $10. bill for the $9. Car wash. Robot said we have no change get it from the attendant, I should have but lots of ice at garage door going out. Ice not maintained and could not get any traction so I had to back up a little then gun it. Finally got out and didn't feel like dealing With more grief as the robot gave no receipt. I called the station number and it is not in service, the # for the car wash said they sell insurance. I will not go there ever again.

Worker is rude as heck! There is a sign on a cooler saying they accept EBT then go to check out and they said they don’t accept it. I said there’s a sign saying u do and she had no response…also I guess they switched to mobile and when I friendly asked when that happened she responded with a attitude saying Monday and there were signs… funny never saw one ?

Went in for gas and had one customer ahead of me, after he finished I walk to the counter and the old Male cashier starts stocking cigarettes. I hold the money out and here says as rudely as possible "what are you giving me". Important to know I'm a young black man and he was a old white man, I always heard bad things about this city and now I seeAlso the next customer was a white man and he greets him with "Hi how are you"....

I stopped here to get gas had 1 mile till empty and couldn't find my debit card and had no cash so finally found $1.25 in cash and $3 on a gift card I had never set a pin to it. I go into pay and have never paid that way so begin to explain to figure how to do a split payment he continued to cut me off was very rude and snappy it continued to ask for a pin I explained to him again it's a gift card there is no pin he continued to tell me to press the green circle which did nothing he asked the female employee she said it cancelled try the right pin this time again I said it's a gift card that was bought for me I have no pin so she continued to tell me press the red circle there is a green circle red x all around they were very rude. I love speedway and stop quite often, I was out of gas so had to stop in at this one that is not the normal one I go to, but due to the older woman and older gentleman working Monday March 25th at about 11am I WILL NEVER STOP IN AGAIN IF YOU ARE THAT MISERABLE AND HATE PEOPLE THAT MUCH GET A NEW JOB, OR IS IT JUST YOUNG PEOPLE???!!!!????

Everyone here is very nice. Except for 1 person, who is consistently rude and provides poor customer service. She will make you wait till she's done with her conversation to cash you out, and has a terrible attitude.

This was the nicest speedway never been to. It's very big and brand-new. It has a carwash in an indoor restaurant. Definitely the place to go

Horrible customer service I have stood at the counter for near ten minutes waiting for someone to ring me up. Could have robbed the place and no one would have none. Not to mention the car wash is a joke. Don't waste your money. It can't even rinse the soap off that it can barley spray on. Everytime I'm there and there actually are more then one employees there at a time all they do is complain to each other about working there and the people they work with. All in all I'm sick of speedway and can't wait for them to be bought out too.

Horrable morons work there! This place is a joke! I bet i have gone ther 10 timee in last 2 months to rack up a 30 or 40 dollar bill to hear them say the wont or cant break a 100 dollar bill! Horrable service and morning horrible employees!
