The online sign-in was not working. I called to tell them and asked if they could sign me in. They said no I had to be in the store. So I went to the store and watched two people go ahead of me who had the same issue but the stylist decided to take them first. I've been going to this place for 2 years and always buy a season pass. I have six left a matter of fact. I want them transferred to another store as I will never step foot in their store again. I'm so sick of paying to be treated like an ass. What is this world coming to

I got a coupon/gift for a haircut for this place and went in to try and use it. 2 stylists, 2 people in the chair and 1 in the waiting area and the woman working told me it'd be a 115 minute wait. I asked for clarification, as i thought i misheard and the male working stated that that is an hour and 45 minutes in an unpleasant tone. The woman told me I could check in on the computer at the front, I asked what that'd help and she said that I'd be notified when they'd be ready. I told them I'd try somewhere else.

Haircut was good. Stylist didn't really listen to what I asked about it being shorter in the back than the front, but it came out ok. Beard trim she did was good so I can't complain. Was it worth $45? Nope! Will my hair grow back? Yes! Will I be back? Nope, not at all. But it was a last-minute haircut, so it is what it is.
