Ralph with Superior Towing is awesome! First of all they have beautiful clean tow trucks, anyway I had an issue with my brand new Cybertruck and Tesla said they were sending an experienced tow truck operator over to help me. Ralph showed me how to jump-start it but that wasn't the issue. I know my truck is extremely heavy but with Ralph's equipment he made it look easy! I pray that I never need a tow truck again but if I do I'll definitely be calling Superior Towing! Thank you Ralph for all your help!

I recently had my car stolen on the Southside of Chicago and the tow truck driver(Edgar) that was dispatched from Superior Towing was extremely professional, knowledgeable. Edgar helped me move my car that was left in a horrible position to the repair shop and ultimately back on the road. I really appreciate the kindness and professionalism that was displayed and I would for sure go with Superior Towing for all my towing needs and you should too.

Terrible service. Said they would be there in 45 minutes an hour later called and said it would be another 20 minutes called again after 30 minutes to say the driver got re routed and it would be another hour. Sat stranded from 3:30 pm until almost 7 pm

My car stopped and the tow driver told me that a tow just to the nearest lot would cost me $250.00 and that was only 2 blocks away!!

Needed a tow to the shop. Amy M. Called to verify everything and was really nice. The driver Ralph called me the morning of the pickup and was on time and got the job done! Very happy and would recommend them anytime you need a tow!

Can't recommend Superior Towing because of their partnership with Naperville Towing Services who are unethical. Superior Towing is guilty by association and should cut ties immediately from Naperville Towing Services.

Needed a tow to my mechanic... called Geico, who in turn called Superior Towing. Could not have been happier with their service/company. My operator, Ralph, was prompt, polite and represented Superior Towing well. He called me to let me know he was nearby and he was at the location shortly thereafter. After he hooked up the vehicle, we drove to the mechanics garage and kept cordial conversation, sharing stories on places traveled. All in all a most pleasant experience with Ralph/Superior Towing and would use them again if I had the choice... stay awesome, Ralph!

These guys are jerks!!! Called to get a tow and the guys was abrupt and very rude. I have used them before in the past but this time the guy was a real jerk had to use someone else. I will never be calling them again if you want to use your hard earned money on some rude jerks call these guys!!!!

Abysmal customer service. Geico sent my car to tow my car to the nearest dealership. I called Geico at 10 AM. ETA was at 1 PM. They pushed it back to 3:30 PM. I called them to see what had happened. Very poor/rude customer service representative. He pushed it back to 7:30 PM. By that time, the service center was closed. These people are not at all reliable! Geico shouldn't use them. We all have lives and are busy working people who don't have time for this type of unreliable "service."

Requested tow truck & receptionist asked where I was located. After telling her my location she says she had no one available. First she says no trucks were available then she said they were changing shifts & no one would be available until 2hrs later.
