I've had T-mobile in the past, and it wasn't the greatest...maybe it's different now but my daughter, mother and father has them and they don't complain about the service but it seems like there is all these hidden fees they don't tell you about just to make a phone sale... For instance my mother got a new phone that was supposed to be free and she was getting charged a monthly fee for it...

Went in the other day to get help setting up my new Samsung device. Kimberly B was so helpful and answered all my questions. Such a nice change to have someone with a cheery attitude help me in a customer service setting! Definitely recommend going to this location

Warning! Go to a different location. The workers are lazy and aren’t knowledgeable. When she seen me her energy drained and didn’t care that I wanted to upgrade 5 of my lines. Basically told me to go to another location lol Must not work off commission. 3:15 pm in January 29th 2024.

My daughter went to this location. She was charged in full over 900 dollars asked the staff that she wanted to make payments and not be charged full price she then was told to wait until some one talked to a manager. This happened twice that night and the following night . I had to come into the store for the 3rd time since she still was not reviving a refund ... they then said had to pay a 70 dollar restock fee after she clearly told them that same night she was wrongly changed (he said he could credit it on her bill) called customer service and they put notes in account that she shouldn't be charged... came into the store Vice (manager) then tried tell my daughter what happened...as if he was there for the transaction .. make it make sense smh it's almost commercial the customer service.... 3rd time in the store and he said I was being rude ... wow

Overall my experience was quick and easy and I was satisfied with the phone I bought, the phone I'm satisfied with. What caused me dissatisfaction was the dishonesty of the people inside. Included with the phone was a free samsung galaxy watch, and I added it on after asking twice if there's any hidden fees or anything. But no there's a hidden 15$ service fee with the promotional item that wasn't noticed till I made the first payment nearly a full month later which is past the 14 day period they give you to return it. I would've happily paid extra for the watch as it was a great gift to my father. But it leaves a sour taste when you're lied to twice to your face. I wouldn't recommend getting anything added on to your order and just strictly buy the phone itself. Which is a quick and easy process through tmobile.

As a former T-Mobile employee, I can confidently say the employees at this location are lazy and dishonest. They refused to process a warranty claim for my moms S22 because of a screen defect. The screen defect is a KNOWN defect, and has always been processed through a warranty claim. After calling customer care, I was able to get the phone warrantied. Go to the T-Mobile in Mokena instead.

Please save yourself the bad day and avoid this location. I could not even enter the store, the employee Jerry started off by being plain rude and ended up cussing out all his customers. Unfortunately calling corporate and leaving reviews to warn others is all I can do.

I came to this store about a week ago and the employee "Jerry" was incredibly rude to several customers. I couldn't even enter the store. I stayed and watched and he started cussing out a customer. I talked to a couple of these customers and the employee was so far in the wrong. My partner is one of these customers. He returned there today and was told he was "banned". Only option we were given was to contact corporate. I am so sorry to those ladies he cussed out and treated like garbage more than anything. Please go to any other location if you need help with your phone from a professional and knowledgeable employee.

Representatives are rude. I called the store before wasting my time to see if they had the device I wanted in stock. When calling the man asked if he can put me on hold, after five minutes someone returned to the phone and was obviously trying to dial out. I kept saying hello to try to get their attention. He then said hello back and when I proceeded to ask my question he hung up. I tried calling back several times to be sent directly to voicemail.

T Mobile should look into who they hire. One of the Reps had to be the most ignorant person I've seen!! There was an African American Rep and he's going to be the whole reason people stop coming to that location!!
