Great shop, loaded with good archery stuff. He set up my old crossbow that I use because of age. Set everything up on it, scope, broad heads , arrows. I have shot a lot of deer because of his set ups.

So... I was watching the Olympics archery competitions and was reminded of my desire to really learn about archery. It was something I dabbled with, casually taking a few lessons on a recurve, but not really applying myself to the craft. I decided to visit my local archery store, Top Shot, to take a few more steps in that direction. I was greeted by Dana, who was wonderful, and knowledgeable about helping a beginner like me get started in the intricate world of bows and equipment. She helped me decide on a good quality, beginner compound bow (Elite Ember), then she helped me get my new bow ready for practice by determining the best draw length, pull weight, and arrows for target shooting. She also referred me to a great resource for lessons and open range practice.I'm definitely recommending Top Shot for great customer service and then selection of equipment.

Emailed the shop, told them exactly what I wanted done and even specified my brand of bow. Quoted me $45. Went to pick up bow and bill was $95!!!! Owner explained to me bow press time, etc...never once apologized or offered anything in return. Then, I come to realize that he ruined my cable on the strings that were on my bow. Wow, great customer service.

This is a delayed review from a deal gone south with this shop. I originally wasn't going to post till I recently heard how this shop is telling people about a deal they got screwed on. So here is the real story.....On 11/16/19 I ordered a top of line bow package from this shop. They said it would be a couple weeks but I'd have it before December. I was fine with this since it would still give me plenty of hunting time. Two weeks passed and I don't hear a word. I called to check and they informed me it hasn't arrived but shouldn't be much longer. During this time, a buddy ordered a bow from them and his arrived. They were both Elite's so thought it was weird but gave them benefit of doubt. A few more weeks pass with out hearing a word. Upon calling, the bow still hasn't arrived and they said it hasn't shipped yet. Now comes mid January, I still haven't received my bow and deer season is over. I go to shop and told it will be in on Wednesday and will be built immediately. Wednesday comes and goes without a word. In the mean time, I call Elite directly to inquire about the Ritual 30 and am told that there isn't a back up and normal order time is 3 weeks. I've been more than patient with this shop and on 1/30/19 I call and send email to cancel the order. Come 01/31/19 I receive a response that they just got tracking info and bow is on the way. At this point I'm done dealing with the games and informed them its to late that I've already bought another bow.This entire fiasco lasted 11 weeks and still never got a straight answer. At the end, they claimed the ATA show slows up production but I ordered this mid November and Elite told me they were running three weeks. What the problem was, I don't know. A friend ordered an Option 7 after me and received it in two weeks. They're a nice group of people but think twice if your ordering and hoping to use a new bow anytime soon.

Brought my bow in for repairs twice. Each time the staff was friendly and very knowledgeable. Repairs were done quickly, professionally and reasonably priced. Great to have a shop like this so close to home especially with the season just around the corner!
