“I was in need of renting a cargo van and decided to use U-Haul. The check in process was easy for the most part. Their rate was $19.95 plus 69 cents per mile. That is where the cost adds up. “Friendly and responsive service. There was some misunderstanding on whether straps are included or not but that would’ve just been a perk because online U-Haul says they aren’t included. They were helpful as well even with attaching the hauler to the truck. Great people on site. I did call multiple times on multiple days to confirm reservation and ask questions due to the importance of this rental but Jack was responsive the entire time.”
