    If you live in Cook County and want to appeal your taxes, this is the only firm I would use. I’ve used them three times in the last 20 years and they’ve won all three times.

    They were very helpful and appealed our taxes when another group claimed they couldn’t. Made a huge difference for us.

    I have been using this company for at least 10 years. They only take a fee if they get the taxes lowered. Also they automatically mail the necessary forms when the time for appeals comes for my area. I highly recommend these guys
