Once again ! They don't have my script and said I have not taken this medication since 2022!!!!! I have taken it every month! Almost every person there has an attitude! You are supposed to be compassionate! You're in healthcare!!!

I would have hoped as we moved out of the pandemic the overall pharmacy service would have improved at this location, along with the customer service level.....it absolutely HAS NOT! The amount of time to fill a script is a good 8-12+ hours and don't bother dropping off and "waiting". The drive thru line gets obnoxious, inside you'll stand in line for 30+ minutes and drive through you'll sit for at least 45+ minutes. This location being a 24 hour location needs MORE STAFF and 2 pharmacists for the amount that goes through! If I need medication quickly (sick visit), I'll send to Osco and pay out of pocket (insurance only covers Walgreens and mail in)! Kindness matters, Walgreens needs to increase the pay of its pharmacy employees to increase the hiring pool and help with staffing!! Customer service training as well!

Very dysfunctional pharmacy. No direction from the Supervisor if there us one. Long lines down the isle for medicine and only 1 tech working the desk. Came for a Covid Booster. Still waiting an hour later. Won't be back! Why would I?

Not only do they not have prescriptions ready on time, they charge significantly more than Osco on all of their prescriptions. We have had insurance issues for the past couple months, so had to pay OOP for one of them. They charge $300. My dr gave me a good RX coupon, but unfortunately only for Osco. It shows on there that the retail cost is only $200 without insurance, but Walgreens marks up to over $300. With good rx, I could get my script for $65. At Walgreens with good rx, it's still over $200. Because it's an electronic script, it can't easily be transferred. Not only are their medication prices ridiculous, they have no organization in their pharmacy at all. I'll get a message saying my prescription is ready for pick up, but then get there and have to come back again and hour and a half later. Most of the staff are rude and the drive through is rarely open. It's not only this location either. Our other local Walgreens is also horrible.

These people in the pharmacy should not be giving medication out! I'll go as far as saying they shouldn't hand out kool aid at a kool aid stand!! Holy Cow!

The pharmacy at this location is by far the dumbest sons of bitches I have ever dealt with. My poor wife had surgery today. I dropped off three prescriptions. I am told come back in 30 minutes. I go back in 30 minutes they tell me to come back in one hour. I go back in one hour they tell me that the insurance won't cover one of the scripts because it will only pay for a certain amount of pills per day. I ask what the total will be. I am told $22. I said that is not even worth an argument and this prescription should've been filled. I am told come back in an hour. For the third time I leave and go back in an hour and now I am told the bottle of pills will now take two more hours to fill. We are now at five hours to put 30 pills into a bottle. This is absolutely disgusting and my wife is at home in a lot of pain because of your negligence. Not to mention the risk to her life because one of the anticoagulants that she so desperately needs has been not filled since dropped off 6 hours ago! Just too bad I'm forced to have to even leave 1 star! So now after an additional 2 hours they tell me they are now out of the bed! How incompetent can "professionals" be?

This pharmacy is the absolute worse!!! The employees are ignorant, rude and disrespectful. Not to mention the Manager as well. I truly don't know how anyone even uses this place anymore. It has gone down hill the past few years and I'm almost certain the excuse will be blamed on covid. (I changed pharmacies years back and after today I plan on changing my dad to a different once as well!)

This is a review for the pharmacy. There are some pharmacy staff who actually care at this location, but I have dealt with at least 3 who do not care: #1 You will get a 30 day prescription when it has been written for 90 days. #2 You will get 3 prescriptions instead of the 4 that were ordered then you have to come back again. #3 You may never get your prescription without going there 2 or 3 times to check on it.

This Walgreens is has taken care of all of my family's prescriptions ever since we moved to New Lenox almost a decade ago. I have never once had an issue, and the few times there has been some sort of hold up with getting a medication, they have always proactively called me to find the fastest resolution!

If you are looking to be spun into anger then this is the place for you!! You'll love how they tell you to come back for your script when they call you..... forgetting the reason you're there in the first place is because they called you to tell you it was ready!!! Can't make it up! Or when the tech can't figure out your order so just walks away with a line of people! Meds with a script can be sold for cash only but they'll sell syringes to a 19 yo addict with a broken debit card!

I hate to be this guy, but this is just absolutely too ridiculous not to post. I pull into the drive thru of this Walgreens without any visible signage to allow a customer to know that the drive thru is closed for prescription pickup until pulling up to the window and reading it on the window. The only problem is, the drive thru could be a 45minute to 1 plus wait due to covid testing, yet somehow it is acceptable for a customer to wait that length of time just to find out that they can't get prescription anyways. Anyways, I pulled into drive they, the second available spot, so further from the window not thinking I had to actively look for signage and I see no one in sight. I try to use the call option on the kiosk to get a pharmacists attention(before realizing the drive thru is closed) and I am met with a ear piercing ringing that is probably high enough pitched and loud enough to give someone ear damage. After waiting for about 30 seconds to this ringing, I finally notice a random, not obvious sign on drive thru window stating that all prescriptions must be picked up inside. Okay, no problem. I go inside and proceed to stand in line for about 30 minutes. All of the pharmacists and employees handing out prescriptions look upset and stressed, probably due to understaffing, so I try not to get too upset about the long wait as it is not their fault. This is what upset me: After waiting 30 minutes to pickup a prescription, I am met with an employee/pharmacist (not giving names) who is blatantly annoyed to be doing her job and is just not wanting to deal with anybody. I try to inform her as politely as possible that when going through the drive thru that clicking the call button starts an ear piercing feedback noise through the speaker. The response I get is something along the lines of, "Well the drive thru is closed and we have a sign up saying that it is closed." I respond with, "That is fine, I just wanted to let you know that the ear piercing noise is so loud and deafening that I could see where it may lead to a lawsuit should the wrong customer go through and experience that." I get a snobby response of something like, "Well, then they can sue us. Not my problem." I would have let this whole dilemma go if it wasn't for the impoliteness I received when all I was merely trying to do was inform them of what happened. I was not being mean or anything of the sorts, but somehow was still met with such rudeness that it made me leave feeling like I will never allow my wife or myself send another prescription to be filled at this location. I think some customer service training, and perhaps not stretching the employees thin could go a long way for this particular Walgreens location. My goal is not to say every employee is rude, but one employee ruined it for the rest as I would like to never deal with such disrespectful employee ever again, especially when I kept my cool and was only trying to give insight on a possibly bad future situation.

Drive thu is for Covid testing only. There is an express window but even if you paid ahead you have have to wait in the main line that goes half way around the store. Also, using express pay ended up taking me longer because they were unable to scan the barcode and I had to have everything rescanned at another register. There was a customer at the counter not wearing a mask and no one said anything. Employees were kind of friendly so I'll give them that. I'm transferring all my prescriptions and never going back here.

I called prior to going in to ask if they were still taking flu shots. The lady on the phone said just check online and I said I did. She said well you know more than I do and why waste my time. Mind you I have a baby and other time constraints. She simply hung up. I went to my scheduled appointment for the flu shot. Waited over an hr and after getting the shot I asked to talk to the manager. The manager simply excused the workers behavior due to labor shortage. I work too and we are understaffed but I still have to my job. The fact that the manager Trisha didn't care speaks volumes to what is allowed.

I'm never coming to this Walgreens ever again. This is not the first time that they fill a prescription for my one-year-old and three-year-old and don't flavor it. Amoxicillin was always flavored without me having to request it especially for children! Not only that but the medicine always comes in a bottle twice the size along with a syringe that does not fit the bottle. It's frustrating and my kids are not taking their antibiotic because it's disgusting!
