I paid by using a cashier. She Rang everything up. I walk 20 feet and someone who I can barely understand wants to see my receipt. I say excuse me twice simply because I cannot understand what he is saying. Someone who doesn't work there walks by, gives me a dirty look, and says "he wants your receipt." As she walks by, she turns to the man she's with and says "what an @sshole" about me. So now I'm upset, frustrated, and angry all because some guy wants to see a receipt to check my goods after just paying a cashier 20 feet earlier. Two visits, two days, and I get stopped. WALMART, YOUR SYSTEM SUCKS. Going back to target where they don't ask.

Today is 12/29 and I went to return a Christmas gift. I waited a few days so that I'd avoid crowds. I usually don't go to this location because my nearest Walmart is in my own town but since I was in the area I thought I'd go to this one. I walk in and go to the Service Desk. There is a lady at the register finishing her transaction so I didn't have to wait at all. I proceeded to walk up and say Hi to the girl behind the counter. Nothing. I said, "How's it going?" And she proceeded to continue to not answer and simply scan my exchange. I then said, "Oh that good huh?" Still nothing. I think I got a smirk. She proceeded to finish my transaction and hand me my card and then simply said the amount on the card. I gave up and walked away. Walmart I get it you're hard up for employees I really do. But can you get someone who at least has a responsive person behind the CUSTOMER SERVICE desk who is customer service oriented. Sheesh.

Have been standing here with for 15 min now waiting someone has called over the loud speaker for someone to come help us yet no one has came to help. And all employees keep walking around looking at us yet not helping.

Its stupid in this day and age to not support Apple Pay. On top of that, my ONE item I needed I couldnt just pay through pick up and leave, I had to pay and wait 3 HOURS TO GET IT..... The pickup area is also so secluded and hidden it took me a while to find it. I only go here when it is my last resort because I try to avoid such a crappy business like this. In addition, when I tried calling to check if an item was in stock, there was no option to simply talk with someone ..... Every option I clicked rang and rang no one picked up. Very disappointed

Have been waiting over 40 minutes for our food order at Pickup. There are a dozen cars and one associate who has brought only 2 orders out. This is totally ridiculous! We are ready to leave. We will not be back!

Do not expect to get any curbside pickup in any sort of timeframe that one would consider normal. I have been here 23 minutes waiting for my order. Followed all the correct procedures and nothing. I called the number on the signs, no answer. Then after 11 minutes, I called back. Someone answered and was so disinterested in what I had to say. This is the worst service in town. Every other Walmart blows the doors off of new Lenox.

Poor Customer service/lack of management. Given false information in-store regarding a return. I was told I would not get my money back if I tried to return an item that was already set up in their system to be returned to ANY walmart. Seems like the store was enforcing a policy not shared with their corporate office after getting off the phone with customer service. Or they have an issues with FedEx delivery and pickups that they are passing on to the customer. Either way bad business practices.

Horrible customer service! I just went there to buy a vacuum they said was in stock online. I asked the young girl in electronics if she could help me look. She barely made eye contact and said whatever is out. I asked her to please help and she came over barely helped and then walked away when nothing was there soo soo lazy. I asked her to look in back and she said she couldn't. Then I went to the customer service desk he also was lazy and lied and said they can't look in back. He told me to buy it online and come back. I don't have time to do that I was there now. I finally asked a manager who said she was confused why other people said they couldn't go in back so it clearly was not the policy just lazy people! Waste of my time! Found a similar one on Amazon. You lost a customer and if you keep hiring people who are lazy and don't have work ethic your going to continue to lose customers. Good luck Wally World.

I just had the worst customer service experience in my life! I'm so disappointed and was told to check with the supervisor (Jose) for my concern and Jose instead of working on a service recovery and help me to solve the issue, he started laughing and making a joke for his colleagues to laugh at, wow good job Walmart leaders on training your associates to make fun of customers!!!!! I asked to speak with a manager and was told that he left, not sure how a store is still opened without a manger, who is running the business, a bunch of little kids!!!!

Boooooooooo! Cluttered. Dingy. The employees were cool and helpful, but it's clear the company treats this Walmart like trash...I make it my business to go here if I exhausted all other options.

It's so sad that stockholders are still making money off of this piece of garbage store. And that's the bottom line folks... they can care less about employees, customers and the sad state of their stores. New Lenox is not the only walmart dump... Sam Walton I'm sure is rolling in his grave. I shop at Jewel 95% of the time now... only go to Walmart for my prescriptions and dog food. If CSV wasn't such a pain, I would get my scripts there. And I'm seriously considering Chewy for dog food so I never have to step foot in this place again. Walmart.... you've going down. Start seeing stores going out of business in the near future. Then what will your stockholders think?

This Walmart is a dump with empty shelves and stock so high you can't reach them. NOW, to add insult to injury, they are blocking the isles on both sides with boxes of stock so you can barely get by them to shop. These are catastrophes just waiting to happen. If a fire breaks out, a shooting, or ??? you won't have a chance to get out. People complain, but no one seems to care about correcting these issues. Time to shut this customer unfriendly store down.

As a current employee of that walmart. Between disrespectful customers and poor management I do not recommend this walmart for a job or to shop at. I live all the way in joliet and drive a good 25mins at the most just to get yelled at by customers because they're i can't return an item or sent to do another job in another department that isn't mine. For all the customers that's going off on us about all the self checkouts all i'm going to keep saying is call 1-800walmart i'am a 1.0 walmart associate i'am only here for a check stop coming at me for something i don't have control over. want to yell at someone call walmart or get in touch with the CEO Doug Mcmilon maybe he can help you.

I have stopped shopping at this Walmart as well as my neighbors. They want you to spend your time doing their job. When I have a full cart of groceries, I don't want to self check out. That's what cashiers get paid to do. It is also one of the most unfriendliest Walmart that I've shopped at. There are a few good employees, but most of them never smile or even bother to ask if you need help. Most of the time you can't find anyone to help. The shelves are messy most of the time so you can't find what you're looking for. Customer service is last on the list for this Walmart. I won't go there anymore because I've given too many chances that maybe I caught them on a bad day. Every time I went there was a bad day. I've chosen Meijer instead. Walmart needs to see how they run Meijer stores!

The deli employee is the rudest person She worked on 05-15 at 1-2 pm. Employee was ?cleaning a slicer. Asked s as customer if he needed help to which he said no. I spoke up and said I did She said she would not take care of me bc iI was on my phone Zshe then turned back to the slicer and continue whatever busy work she appeared to be doing
