The bakery did such a wonderful job on this cake. Made it look exactly like the picture I sent them and actually gave it to me a day before I needed it!!

I came into this establishment today and was verbally assaulted by an employee by the name of John. I went to the self check out for one stuffed animal and forgot my receipt. As I was walking out of the store, I got yelled at to stop and show my receipt. The man was extremely rude to my friends and I. After I explained I didn’t grab my receipt, he said I could never leave, and I had to go to the desk to get one. As we spoke to his fellow employees, they mentioned he constantly does this to poor, innocent customers. Now I’m going to list some other things about the store that I actually witnessed: rat feces among the items, real human vomit on the floor in the men’s clothing section, roaches crawling along the walls near the produce area, nothing was stocked, water spilling from the ceiling, etc. I had a horrible experience at the new lenox Walmart is the most god awful store I have ever been to. I hope the employee John is terminated at bare minimum. I will continue to leave this honest review of this heinous store until something is done. I called Walmart multiple times to voice my concern, but of course, there was no response. This reflects the overall integrity of the company as a whole. We can only hope that this store will improve for future customers. I would not want anyone else to experience this terrible situation. Sending my luck to potential customers <3 (thoughts and prayers) ( not to John).

Hate, hate, hate going here, but my elderly mom will only shop here, and I have to take her. The entire staff attitude is as if they are serving a sentence of incarnation. Other shoppers are discourteous and ignorant, blocking aisles and shelves, and several lack basic hygiene etiquette. The fact that they always have a receipt checker, but NEVER enough cashiers is asinine!

My experience here was horrible. I asked for help on an item and no one helped me. They told me to go to customer service for help. Customer service told me “how was she supposed to know where the item is at”. The coach with red hair saw us standing there waiting for help and didn’t help us. Instead she wanted another coach to help us out and she went for Dunkin and still saw standing there and refused to help us. What’s the point in being a coach if you’re not going to help. She knows more than anyone in the store.

There was this girl name Telly and she looked young she was working at I think at register 16 but she was so nice and was playing with the little ones and they were telling her their age she was so nice and kind I wish we can have more of her she was the sweetest and she checked us out

Have had nothing but issues with this Baker and bakery for years. Continuously cancelling the order, saying she needs over a week to prep for it. Called Walmart customer service, who made it clear to me it was against their policy what she was doing. You’re a Walmart bakery with premade items, not a custom cakes place. If you need another baker, ask for help. Clearly, this is not a one person job. Can’t imagine how much money has been lost at this location because of it.
