“I was just at the Yorkville and the Store manager and Her crew were very professional. I spoke to Mickey the store manager about items I needed. She was so polite and professional.
I know being a retail environment is stressful, but Mickey was above and beyond. The rest of the Dollar-tree stores should take her example on running a store. She made my day.”
“Low key, this Family Dollar has some great finds and I forget to look here sometimes. Now some of the prices for certain things are too high, but if you catch a good deal, like a clean air machine for under $20, a queen sheet set for $15 or a cute little summer dress to run errands in for $10, it feels like a great surprise! The staff here is super friendly too, always saying hello and asking if they can help.”
“I have always had good service at this location. Unfortunately lately they haven't had things stocked real well, but i don't think that is there fault. I just wish they would inforce the mandatory mask. It seems that about 50% of the people don't wear masks in this store.”

“Great customer service amazing knowledge of what they carry! I just ask if they carry something like a humidifier and they say if they have it or not.. no humidifiers this year, by the way! Sometimes a little bit of a wait to check out, but that is to be expected when there are only 2 employees working both register and stocking, keeping things well stocked.”
