I went to Kendall County Repair for a new roof on my 31ft 5th wheel. I asked Phil to fix a few more things . Well he didn’t fix them. but he took and put a new tv antenna on, I didn’t ask for that, he took the fan off the roof for the kitchen area, and put it in the bathroom. (it won’t turn on) and my hot water switch doens’t work, he said he changed it. still doesn’t work. HE told me when he brought it back to me EVERYTHING worked. Now I cant get him to do anything. BUT he sure cashed my $11,000.00 check. YEP, and I have a camper that he did what he wanted to and didn’t want to fix. How’s that for a business.

We recently had the roof on our RV camper completely replaced due to weather damage. Phil was amazing to work with. Phil made me feel so comfortable about the whole situation. He walked me through it step by step answered every question I had. Any repairs that we ever need or service will always go through him 100% recommend

Phil is the best. We were traveling through IL in August, our AC died. We called Kendall County Repair, told Phil our situation, told him we were about two hours out. He told us to come on down. Phil and his crew took excellent care of us. A few hours later we were on our way, nice and cool. Nicest people, and fair. It's about 1,800 miles away, but I'm thinking of adding him as a stop to our trip next year to get a few more things taken care of. If your within a few hundred miles of Newark, IL, and need work done to the RV, this is the place.

I drive all the way from Wisconsin to have my RV serviced. Won't take it anywhere else. The staff is knowledgeable, and the owner Phil has never steered me wrong with his advice.

Im not one for posting reviews, but i gotta say KCR is your go to for repairs or general maintence on your RV. Phil and Joe are great guys working for you. They explain everything in great detail which is great..Just had them replace the rubber roof including the plywood underneath which was basically caught early enough that further damage did not take place. They also repaired my slideout which was hanging up , an inexpensive fix. Thanx again to KCR...will definately be back.

I can’t say enough good things about Phil and his staff! I was looking to make a repair to my older RV and Phil was kind enough to advise me against it due to another issue he discovered when I arrived to drop o my camper. His knowledge of the industry and the products is obvious and it is only surpassed by the honestly and integrity he displayed. I was able to speak to him or some time and he gave me good advice related to mistakes I had made and how to avoid them in the future. He has definitely earned my business and I would highly recommend Kendall County Repair to anyone who needs repair work or routine maintenance performed.

Getting info on my repair was a nightmare and now the trans went out ....no one said anything to me about that being a problem as I have never driven it till now would not recommend because they had never driven it either to know what is wrong to fix it

Phil was excellent to work with. We had two recent repairs. One repair was with an exterior leak that caused extensive molding over half of the flooring and needed to be removed as well as the mold. The second repair involved the wheel drum that exploded while on the road. Throughout the repairs, Phil and his crew responded immediately and reassured us that they were going to make everything right. We had a planned departure date for a snowboard trip. Phil not only exceeded our expectations with the repairs but finished in time for out trip.

They did a difficult repair on my camper. The owners were right there answering my questions the whole time. They stood behind their work, the way people with pride in their workmanship do. Something needed tweaking on the repair (not their fault as it worked when I left but broke again when I got home. It was an issue No one else could fix including the dealer.) and when I called them they had me bring the camper back right away sale day. Owner personally fixed it while I stood by and watched and had good conversation. Very good place to get work done. I’ll be back, next time something breaks.Service: Body & Trim

Bought a RV for $10k during covid, had tons of issues, water damage, rough idle, brakes, running lights not working, Phil and crew fixed everything. Driving around in a practically fully refurbished RV now for under $30k. Great service.

Stopped in with some concerns of water damage in our our toy hauler and was given a thorough inspection by Phil who pointed out all of the areas of concern as well as some areas that I had not noticed. Phil spent 30 minutes with me in detail going over the issues and did not charge me a thing. I will definitely be back for future service.
