“This was our first beef processing and hands down, S & J took extremely great care of us. We went in, explaining no understanding on how slaughtering and cuts worked but they guided us with the utmost grace and professionalism. Our two beef were split between two families and everything ended equal very fair. Packaging is impressive! Soup bones are cut to manageable sizes and every last cut is consistent! We will be returning for round two. We got lucky with a last minute slot but will be securing our next beef slaughter much further in advance as the market is simply just busy. Appreciate our experience and highly recommend! Thank you S & J!!!”

“Stopped in for their Easter Buffet. At $12.99 it was a bargain. Everything was hot and delicious. The waitress was very friendly. The store was neat with a pretty big variety of daily needs and some cool gift type items. We will definitely stop again next time through.”

“A hidden gem!
Family and I were doing some errands out in Plano and I happened to spot this on Google Maps when searching for ice cream shops. Drove over as we were intrigued on the combination of meat and ice cream and were extremely happy we did. Ice cream was a great price for a good quantity and very flavorful. The blueberry waffle cone was our all-around favorite. The meat selection was wonderful - very well trimmed and looked delicious. We bought some apple smoked bacon and a few other cuts of meat. Well worth the drive and highly recommend visit.”
