My elderly father spoke to a salesperson for 3 days before making the 4 hr drive to come get a Polaris. He was then told there was an additional $3,000 added to the price they had been discussing for three whole days. Bait and switch is illegal and highly frowned upon. BUYERS BEWARE. Go anywhere else.

Terrible customer service! The salesmen at this place DO NOT CARE about the car they are selling you. They will sell you an overpriced car with a ridiculous interest rate and when you call for help they tell you. "You put your big boy signature on the paper" Ebony was who sold my gf a car. Legitimate purchases and people.that value not being convinced to buy a car that's overpriced because "It's good for your credit" Do not buy your car here. They have 3.7 stars for a reason.

I had appointment to have my truck serviced and I was greeted with a warm hello from the gentleman at the service desk. He promptly addressed my appointment and 40 minutes later I was on my way. Very professional and courteous.

This company has no integrity. All they care about is their sale. I bought a Polaris Ranger 1000xp off of them brand new in 2019. I bought an extended warranty that covered the machine for 5 years. Sense buying the machine I have had nothing but clutch issues. There was a recall on the clutch and I took it to be fixed. After they fixed the recall I started having nothing but troubles with the crank seal. A year ago there was all different staff in there and they worked with me. Warranty covered it. It has happened again and now they are saying warranty does not cover the clutch. On top of that they are charging me for looking at the machine. I will never buy from then again because they sold me a faulty machine and refuse to hold up their end of the deal.

I called Pennington and asked about a truck that was on their website and auto trader. Was told the truck was sold. A week later I see the truck still listed and call the dealership. I am then told it sold “yesterday”. So the first guy either lied or was ignorant of the inventory. Unprofessional all the way around. Lesson-don’t rely on calling these guys to see if a truck is still available.
