Great store service
They got my 5100z ferris Repaired in the time promised. Very friendly and great customer service. They returned my mower cleaned and on time as promised. I drove 20 miles past the Peoria dealership due past bad experience. More than worth the drive.

Excellent shopping experience! Found what I went in for and then some! Staff was available to answer questions help find something etc. But they weren't stalking me and following my every move. I tend to look around alot just seeing what's there and new! Fall and Christmas are my favorite times to shop there! A Comfortable atmosphere for shopping! Love my local Newton IL Tractor Supply!!

This store doesn’t work well with the app. No points for purchases? Then to add to the issues, no hot water in the pet wash for months. I’ve complained before about this.

Great visit again, had time to look around and shop. When they had a price match on sweet feed I went back and got my cart. The store is unique in everything it offers. The young man at the counter very courteous and helpful. Wanted to get more!

This store is not set up to receive full size tractor-trailer delivery vehicles. Should make it so we can circle around the building to set up for backing, or if we have to do it from the street like i did, the entrance needs to be much wider. I had to go off the road with my steer axle to get back in front of the trailer so that i could get it in the unloading area to avoid hitting other objects.

Went to store at 7pm and there was no customer service, terrible wait for help after waiting 20 min still no help we left, took our business elsewhere!
