I had an excellent experience today in Newton, IL. I went in to upgrade my phone & transfer lines to my own plan. Jeremy Babbs was so very helpful! Got me all fixed up with a new phone & new accessories. He went above & beyond! Stayed past closing time for the transfer. He did all this & helped other people as well.
