Extremely convenient for being right on the floor below my place of work. Very peaceful and never crowded, plus 24/7. The management is very helpful, friendly, and relaxed.

I like this gym better than the one on touhy. I wish the owner can add more machines like the anytime fitness at Roger's park and Broadway. Other than that is a pretty nice gym to go do your workout....
