Coby was very helpful. My mod broke and I needed a new one. He stayed and helped me out with finding something in my price range that suited all my needs. Very grateful for his customer service skills. Thank you.I recommend this shop for your vape needs. The other ones in the area are lacking in the vape category. I couldn't believe that most of these shops don't sell tanks for mods. These guys have a lot of the good ones. 10 stars. I'll be a customer for a good while.

I brought in my vape in asked for new coils they sold the wrong one and won't exchange it, the employee was to busy playing video games to even care now I'm out $20. Take your business elsewhere customer service is horrible.

My favorite smoke shop in all of Illinois. All the staff are extremely friendly and treat there regulars like family. They also have the best prices that can't be beat.

I live nearby I stopped going to this place due to certain reason selling defective vape pens any issue you have “employee” I have to talk to the owner or your next purchase 15% off (I’ve already spent the money) within same day of purchase either refund me the money or exchange the product, it’s not that complicated. Keep it up otherwise your store will be closed!

I came in on July 30th and purchased a red bang flum vape. Not even 24hrs later the vape was constantly running even without taking a hit. It got so hot and the juice kept leaking and it wouldn't turn off. I had to throw it away and pour water over it to make sure it wouldn't cause a fire hazard or potentially explode. I called the store immediately to let them know the situation and they said they would talk to the owner. I told them I would be back in town on Aug 2nd. I just walked in and was told that the owner would not replace or refund my money. All they could offer was 20% off my next purchase.I understand that there are no refunds but I don't think the owner or staff know the severity of the danger that faulty product could have caused to me and others around me. I asked if they could just give me a new one and they respectfully declined.Why would I buy another product from this establishment especially knowing the owner doesn't take care of returning customers, one that lives right down the street. I will not be purchasing from this store again and I suggest you not buy any disposable vapes from this store. This could have caused a fire or could have exploded in my pocket causing serious harm to myself and others around.To the owner, if you would like to discuss I would be happy to have a discussion. I really wish they just gave me a new one because the staff is really chill and it's close to home but I will no longer be a customer if the issue does not come to a mutual agreement.

**DISCLAIMER** ‼️Been coming here for a little while now to purchase my disposable vapes. Everything was fine up until recently. The last three or four times that I have came into Ash to purchase the Posh Plus 3K they were defective vapes. So, each and every time I have decided to go back into the store to ask and possibly see if I may receive a refund for my defective vape or what I thought was an option; receive a new one and toss out the defective vape. But, I gave up with Ash vape and smoke and I changed to a different vape store now. That is very accommodating in situations as the one I have encountered here at Ash. NO! I never received a refund nor I never received a new vape for the defective vapes I have purchased from here. Each time the person working there would shrug his shoulders and act like I asked a question I should have never even asked! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE STORE!*What the store associate said was the owner makes the rules and therefore I can not receive a refund or what I would expect in a situation like this a new vape since I purchased three or four defective ones in a row! **

I usually buy the posh XL that lasts me 2 weeks. I’ve bought the Posh plus 3K three times now and it has lasted me a month. I had no problem buying products from this business until now. I received a defective posh plus 3K and had burned my tongue once I inhaled it. I had this posh for a week and a half so it had more puffs since it usually lasts me a month. I came back to see if they would be able to give me a refund or exchange but the person working didn’t even care that the posh was a dangerous defective item and wouldn’t offer me anything, except to buy a new one, after buying a defective one, NO way. I do not recommend this shop at all. Not very high customer service standards.

Unprofessional, they sold me a faulty product and would not replace it for me… they said they would give me a discount on next purchase only to raise the price before giving said discount. Do not wait your time here. The store owner is not honest, and does not care about customer relations, or service. He just wants to make a quick buck. I suggest you go to smoke and vape, which is right around the corner(next to Walmart) as they offer better prices and better customer service.
