Every visit to this AutoZone is a pleasure, thanks to the friendly and helpful staff. I arrived just 45 minutes before closing today, yet the team was accommodating and even allowed me to use a torque wrench to adjust a few bolts on my newly installed hitch receiver. This location consistently provides excellent service, and the team's willingness to assist is truly appreciated. Highly recommended for any automotive needs.

Terrible customer service. Would not set foot in this location again unless I had a gun on my head. The manager does not follow Autozone care and standards at all and argued with me about warranty replacement not credit after their defective part got me stranded in the middle of my trip.

I've been to this store about three times and have always received helpful and courteous service. All told, a well-run store. I heartily encourage anyone in the Niles area in need of auto parts to check them out.

Got a new battery from AutoZone. The staff was able to help me replace the battery in the parking lot for free using tools they had. They were kind and well informed, I will definitely be coming back.

Super helpful and efficient when my wiper blades were in dire need of replacement. Jesus helped me find the kind of blades I need and came out and replaced them for me. The whole thing took less than five minutes.

I'd give them five stars, except they were supposed to call me and let me know that the headlights I'd ordered and paid for online weren't in stock, contrary to what their web site said. When I didn't get the confirmation email that they were ready to pick up, like I usually do when I order something from them online, I stopped by the store to find out why. It all ended up okay, because they refunded me the cost and sold me a different pair, but I'd expected it to be a quick trip, and it instead turned into more of a project. On the other hand, Adam, who installed the one headlight for me, was great -- excellent customer service on his part. The guy who was supposed to call me and didn't (and admitted it while I stood there)? Not so much. Fortunately, because I've purchased from them several times, I know this isn't the norm. It's just a shame that it happened.

Went today because one of my break light were out. Ed did an amazing job helping me out. I couldnt be more thrilled that I chose to go here even through it was a little further for me to get to instead of anywhere else because the service and prices were exceptional.

I went in to get a oil cap no one greeted me when I walked in I paid for the part the told me I had to wait two hours that was at 12pm now it’s 20 mins until 4 pm almost 3 hours later and I still don’t have my part EVERYTIME I call they add a extra 2 hours very very bad business I will not shop here again

If I can give no stars I would. I went to store paid cash cause I needed a part they needed to order. They (the workers) said it will be at store at 3 and I was like ok cool. Cause then I need to go to mechanic to fix it. And it is 4 pm and it’s still not there at store. Now they (the worker) said it won’t be there till 5 pm. Like what now I’ll miss the mechanic. Like this isnt cool
