Mrs. Sharon Israel is the best. She’s always so helpful when I go there. Today, she even stayed 30minutes longer!! I needed an urgent help with some of my documents, and arrived just before closing at 4:55pm. Mrs. Israel went above and beyond to assist me, and stayed after closing for me. Wonderful lady! Should be the employee of the month!

Absolutely do not answer phone calls. Your “agent” says to call whenever you may need them, well they will never email you back or answer their phones. I had two payments that stated confirmed and scheduled much before my payment date and they decide to call me 10 days later to say there’s a problem. It’s YOUR problem that you didn’t withdraw the money on time and now you’re saying I have a late payment? They need to fix what their operations immediately.

It is so disappointed that I came to the bank right now and the manager closed the door to me, saying that the bank is closed when the website says the bank is open until 5;00 PM, she said that the bank will be open tomorrow at 9:00 AM now I am concerned that the bank will be open. That is so disrespectful with the clients, you should change the schedule in your website then. It was only 3:00 PM

I tried to call for 3 or 4 hours on a Saturday No answer and there open till 2 what a joke..I guess that will blame it on covid ...
