Super rude, unnecessarily catty.
I tried returning some bras that didn’t fit, mind you I had no idea that bras were an exception as it is not stated on the back of the receipt.
The one register I approached for my return seemed confused at first to which I completely understood as I myself come from the customer service industry.
She looks to her coworker and she makes a face saying “umm hell no..”
Then I guess it was a supervisor who approached to assist and blared out- with an attitude that all intimate wear are final sale…again I had no idea since this portion of the return policy has not been stated on the back of the receipt.
As my roommate and I walk away, I hear one of them make fun of my lack of knowledge as if it’s my fault the policy was never stated or verbally communicated when I first purchased the bras. I never approached any of them with hostility, nor provoked anyone so why is it okay for them to treat someone like that??
I understand tough shifts can be a lot but to take it out on someone who has never provoked such behavior is insane…

This store has always been great until last night. We were purchasing several items that contained hangers. As we placed the items on the counter, Vanessa our cashier, was clearly upset we didn't remove the hangers. She slammed them down at us on the counter by the register like we were inconveniencing her. After removing the security tag, you tumbled the coat for was way too long before figuring out how to get it into a bag.
Next you pick up a jersey and start your tumbling routine again. Clearly you looked confused so we pointed out the tag was on the left sleeve. I lost my temper with you after you rolled your eyes at us, looked at your co worker and smirked about it.
Clearly customer service is not a skill either of you posses. Neither of you belong in a customer facing environment and I hope Burlington provides the training you need for your jobs.
Assuming they already have, you both need to go back and train several more times before helping customers.
We will no longer be shopping at your location.

First time I’ve ever been to a department store that locks their bathrooms. You have to find an employee to let you in. I walked around and couldn’t find anyone other than the lady at the changing rooms. She wasn’t very happy and honestly, I don’t blame her. This is ridiculous. I picked up a couple items but had to leave them since the line was about 8 people long and was not moving.

their costumer service is horrible , i was trying on few clothes and the old lady with short hair didn't let me finish them all because apparently they close the changing room two hours before they close the store , she knocked at my door to ask me to get out of the changing room

The worst Burlington store is the worst.... I donno why I keep coming here. I was in changing room trying on clothes went to exchange for a different size to see if another size would fit better and when I went to try on 1 min later they closed the changing rooms....I went to find someone they said they can't allow me to try on anything now!! I was furious so I took my full cart and said well I won't be buying all of this stuff here then. What place closes the changing room?? The sad part is this isn't the 1st time it has happened few times before where they closed the changing room ...why have changing rooms to try on clothes if u guys are always closing them!! This place lost my business. Corporate really needs to change the service here

I was just there and someone took my shopping cart while I was in fitting room. Ok I’m not against the rules but lady at the fitting room was rude and saying don’t leave the cart in front of me. So I left it on the side and sure enough someone else took it with kids clothes together. Supervisors/manager couldn’t answer to any questions. Sometimes she was supervisor sometimes she was the MOD. Find another better way lady to improve your system of operation.

For me will be always a good and affordable store with all kind of bargains ...High class has Gucci...middle class JC Penny...and for the rest of us it's Burlington, Ross and TJ Maxx...you get so happy when your cart is full and still have some money in your pocket...most of the time I find some good quality products, so I am happy to have this store in our neighborhood.
