My family has gone to Car-X in Niles on many occasions and we have been very satisfied with their work. They are very professional and are very accommodating. My husband and I went to Car-X to see if they could fix our broken seatbelt. Ricardo said he would check it and he found some tools and fixed the seatbelt and said it was a free service. He was so professional and we are very appreciative of his help. We will be lifetime customers. Thanks, Ricardo!

Had a really disappointing experience here. First I called ahead to see if they were available to check my tire pressure, and was told they could get me right in, and when I arrived, I was rudely told by the manager that it would be at least an hour before they could look at my tires and essentially encouraged me to leave. Once my tires were checked, they recommended four all new tires with one being “urgent” to replace for an estimate of $314.00. I then got the let me check w/my manager spiel and they came back w/a slightly lower estimate. I JUST had another tire replaced on my car for just a bit more than $100 w/labor. Wasted more than an hour of my time, left the caps off all my tires, and I witnessed them being rude and sending away other customers. If I was the owner of that place, I would immediately lose the rude manager w/the medium length brown hair and goatee. He’s costing you a LOT of business and really turning off especially your women customers. I apologize I did not catch names, but the younger black gentlemen at the counter with dreads was lovely and the only nice person there I interacted with.

Great and fast service. I asked for general inspection and was provided with detailed and a clear report of what needed to be addressed/ fixed. Ricardo answered all my questions regarding repairs needs.

Ricardo the service advisor was top notch and honest on the work needed to be done on my car. I went to another local mechanic shop and they told me I needed parts to be replaced. Turns out CarX advised me not to get those parts replaced, which the other mechanic told me to get replaced. CarX is straight up honest. Thanks.

Kevin and one of his tech did a fantastic job of getting my vehicle out in under 30 mins for a quick flat tire repair . I would definitely bring my vehicle back again and would recommend people to bring there car here

Worst experience, waited for 40 minutes for an appointment at 2. The car wasn’t moved from the parking lot, when asked about that, the person who took my car keys gave my car keys back! Lol, worst customer service
