I’ve been a loyal Chase customer for over a decade, but my recent experience at the [branch location] was very disappointing. I went in to deposit a cashier’s check with my driver’s license as ID and requested to withdraw a portion of the amount in cash. Even though I’ve banked with them for years, they told me I needed a second form of ID. When I didn’t have one on me, the staff were rude and made faces at me instead of helping.
As a business owner, I expect professional service. Because of this experience, I’ll be closing my account and moving to a different bank that treats their customers more kindly. I hope Chase can improve their customer service in the future

I wouldn’t even give them one star.. They don’t deserve it… I have called Million times to this location to schedule an appointment. No one answer the call at all. They do say they take walk in but they don’t it’s a waste of time I was there twice in a week and came out with nothing.on Saturday I got there at 1:30 waited there for almost 35 mins and there was old lady with short blonde hair in the lobby was making faces by looking at me and whispering in others coworkers ear. I believe her name is Jo Ann. This location definitely needs more bankers and some good staff this is ridiculous they don’t answer calls. Waiting time is too long I have been with chase for a longest time will never or recommend this location to anyone where they don’t respect customers at all but looks like I might closed all my accounts and Look for better place…

After learning that this Chase branch let a customer come in and cash 2 post dated checks at the same time, checks being a month a part let's me know they do not care about your money or security. Don't do business there.

I had a great experience with the staff member Eva who was genuine, patient, honest & professional.
She provided exceptional services. I felt I could trust her with my financial overview and needs which can be intimidating. Overall a warm, communicative & supportive experience and I hope she gets recognition for that.

Terrible!! ATM after business hours don’t work.. you can’t get inside.. only drive thru.. waiting line about 5-6 cars to each atm . Thanks ! Great job

I have been a long time customer of Chase. Last year I had to quit my job to take care of my mom because she is end of life. Well they have been charging me the $12 monthly service fee because I'm not getting direct deposit anymore. I got an email from Chase saying the fee will increase to $15 per month. Really it's out of hand now with all the nickel and diming these corporations are charging us. I closed out all my accounts. I'm on my mom's accounts anyway at her banks. So tell me why Chase should be getting $180 annually? Especially when I'm without job. They should really be ashamed of themselves.

Be careful when depositing checks at the outside atms, deposited a check for 1500$ and its been put on hold for 7 days. Usually half of the check is available same day with the other half available the next day. No options to cancel check deposit at atm. If you need the funds asap, take your checks to a currency exchange.

Its after hours doors don't unlock for Chase debit card-bearing customers. That means no one can get to an ATM inside. _Great job._

I had an issue with fraud on my debit card I came in and it was busy I had to go to work in a few hours I set up an appointment with Scott on the same day before work he was really helpful and understanding he fixed my issue really fast to I had a great experience at this chase bank really great customer service
