This is the best self-service high-pressure car wash facility in my area (Niles) they have 12 bays; and 3 of them are automatic touchless washes that have incredible pressure. This place is a little more expensive; but I've always had great results there. Also FYI, all of their bays, including the automatic touchless bays, use warm water in them. Very nice!

As a car enthusiast this car wash is a 10/10 in my books and will be coming back again so close too my house and so many options in the self bays when you do it you’re self good pressure in the guns no watered down chemicals the heated dry handle is something I never seen before used it for the first time and I was shocked on how well it worked this is better then the self bays in wash u on civic center dr so many great things over there the self bays are just one of them I wanna thank the owners for making a car wash they care for because we don’t get too many self bay washes around here

I just left this car wash and my car is just as dirty as it was went I got there. I got the deluxe wash and after the wash there was still all the dirt that was there before. I went over to the two men who were standing outside and asked one if he was the owner, to which he nodded. I told him that the car wash didn’t work. He went over to my car and started to tell me I had gotten the wrong kind of wash. But, when I showed him that my car was covered in dirt spots that could be easily wiped off with a finger, he conceded that the wash didn’t work. He had me go through the wash again, to the same result. My car was just as dirty as before. At this point my baby woke up and started crying, so I asked the man for my money back. He said “oh I can’t give you your money back, I just work here”. I said “you said you were the owner 5 minutes ago.” His colleague responded “no, you said he was the owner. He just nodded,” and they offered me a coupon for a free cleaning. I asked why I would want a coupon for a car wash that can’t wash my car. At this point my baby was screaming and I was so frustrated I just left. As I left, one of the men said I “just need to towel dry it.” Seriously, towel dry my car covered in dirt. All the photos are what my car looked like after the wash. Absolutely useless automatic wash and incredibly unprofessional employees/“not the owner”. Do not go here, they can’t wash your car, and they won’t give you your money back.

Use bays or drive through. Attendant often on duty. Always soap in the manual obesity. No wasted money on ineffectual equipment. Care required on driving out due to endless Dempster traffic.

I was doing my car wash today 7/6/25 around 12:05 pm . The machine is saying it’s accepting cash only. I inserted $20 for my $16 car wash. It didn’t give me my change back. I am calling the number on website and they are not accepting the calls. There is nobody on site who can help . It's a rip off and fraud.

I just left this car wash. I attempted to get an automatic deluxe wash and in the middle of it (right after the soap was deployed onto my car) the car wash just stopped working. I waited a couple of minutes and it did not restart. I should’ve known there was going to be an issue because the credit card machine didn’t even work on this bay so I should’ve known right then and there to just call a day and leave. There are no workers on hand and nobody available to take your call. Even if I am compensated for my troubles, I doubt I will ever go back here! This photo was taken after I moved my car to a do it yourself bay to wash my car by hand. I was not going to wait in line & pay another $11 for my car to not get washed AGAIN!!

Detailed my car at the Chicagoland Car Wash today at the self-service bay. Well, if I had to describe the place just in one word, it would be The Bestest! Regardless of the hot weather, it turned out to be a pleasant experience for me. The place is immaculate and well-maintained, with plenty of supplies, and offers flexible payment methods, including both cash and credit. The water pressure is great! For 5 bucks, you get the whole 8 minutes of powerful wash, shampoo, rinse, and even an air-dryer if you wash your floor mats. I don't know if it was the soap or the water, but the car came out shiny and streak-free! Oh, btw, did I mention the pleasant experience? Yes! Had a chit-chat with the owner. He turned out to be so nice that, I think, even if you are not doing a car wash, it would be worthwhile to stop by just to say hi to the man.

Been here at 10 pm went to two areas to wash my car and both credit machines had an error code I guess they only take cash. I’m never coming back here.

update: 5 stars, can't find many touchless car wash like this in chicagoland.
Went today and the card machine is working again. Got a touchless wash.
Tried to get a wash, it is cash only right now. Will give more stars if they accept card.
Great car wash but won’t use it until they accept more forms of payment.

Their autowash was a ripped off charging $11 with triple foam but doesn't have it.
