Ugh, this is my least favorite Costco location. We try hard to avoid this place on the weekends but every now and then it is still worth dropping in. All Costcos do not carry the same products and this one often has Asian products (like sauces, ramen, dumplings, etc) not available at other locations due to their ethnically diverse customer base. Weekday visits are not too bad but depending on the time it can still be surprisingly busy. The aisles here are also tight because they are typically crammed with a lot of stuff. As it also sits on the Niles/Chicago border, the gas station here is almost always backed up with long lines of opportunistic Chicagoans. Oh well, I can't blame them, just be ready to see them.

We purchase buns for company. I proceeded to bring them back because when we opened them they were moldy. I attempted to return them with the receipt and I was told I could not since I was not a member. My son in law is and he was unable to be with me. Since I am not a member I was not allowed to return them. This is terrible customer service . I was thinking of joining now I will not. Be ware

This is the worst costco ever, nothing against the employees. Its just the location. Starting from the parking lot to the shopping area. Every bit is super crowded. Second everything is setup in a weird way. I couldn't find tea, naan bread was put in the aisle behind protein powders. I didn't find the halal products that I would usually find at other costcos and the no protein bars. So all in all a very disappointing experience.

It's definitely worth the membership fee.... I buy in bulk so once a month I get all I need from laundry supplies to groceries. It helps when you meal plan. Then I go to local store for fruits n veggies

Don't use there countertop installation. The company The countertop factory of the midwest is awful. Delays in installation, holes in my tiles & walls. No apology, no follow up. Spent a lot of money for a new sink & countertop & now I have to spend more on repairs.

Standard Costco fare. I've been in larger and smaller Costco's. Staff at this one are generally excellent, really nice And you get to know a lot of them because they've been there for a while and you've been going there for a while. Lines at the cashiers and self checkout can get fairly long on the weekends because it's a pretty popular place.

Literally one of the worst shopping experiences of my life just for a smoothie. The kiosk to order the smoothie malfunctioned. I order one smoothie and it submitted 5 smoothies. I tried to go get a refund. The line was not even long but it took 20 minutes to get help. I was then sent to another location for a refund. Once there, I was sent to another associate for a refund and then I still had to wait. 30 plus minutes. I walked out. It was only $16.00. I am tired of Costco. Ever since they ended their partnership with Amex, if you don't have their visa card, shopping is not a pleasant experience. Especially outside at the gas pump. Going back to Sam's Club.
