Absolutely awful pharmacy. They deliberately do not answer the phone and instruct you to leave messages back and forth like playing a game of phone tag, except it's deliberate.
They have staff turnover constantly And the employees working at the pharmacy all seem miserable.
Trying to get an answer from a simple question simply turns into a big project and lots of energy.
I'll be going somewhere that isn't CVS.

I called twice at this pharmacy and both times they are so rude. I dont know who she was but very unprofessional.

Impressive: there are many discounts here, compare the prices, some items are worth buying, for example, we bought a bottle of nuts for 50% off. Of course, there are also some products where buy one get one free or the second one 50% off.
This drugstore is very similar to Baoya in Taiwan, with a wide range of health food, cereal snacks, and daily necessities.
Only the service staff seemed a bit serious, when we were not familiar with their electronic payment and it took a while, he was in a hurry to greet the customers in line behind him because he was the only one at the counter. Perhaps, there will be a way to pay attention to both the customers and the limited manpower at the counter, so as not to over-stress each other.
Haha, let me tell you a joke: Taiwanese people say that a person with a straight face has a "poker face".

Everyone that works in the pharmacy at 7139 N. Milwaukee Ave in Niles IL, 60714 is great! They are informative, kind and efficient. They always take the time for me,(even though they're very very buisy). I have to give special recognition to Avi ( Pharmacy tech), for always going the extra mile for me and as I've witnessed her to do that toward everyone she comes across. The pharmacist does as well. Samantha really went above and beyond for us as we struggled with insurance issues while trying to fill a prescription for our son who is studying abroad. She stuck with us and didn’t give up until we had a resolution. So grateful for all her help!

This place discriminates against Latinos! Don’t buy from them. I went yesterday to buy Doritos. They had a promo for buy one get one free, so I got two little bags. When I paid, they charged me for 4 bags. I asked for the refund and they told me I needed to show them my ID. I showed them my Argentinian ID and they told me that wouldn’t work so I offered my passport and they said they only could do it with an American ID. They never gave me my money back, even though it was the cashier’s fault.
I am really upset and I won’t buy from that store ever again.

I visited multiple times to pick up prescriptions. I called beforehand and was told that prescriptions would be available at certain times and was told that I need to wait an additional 30 minutes to get my prescriptions. They also take a lunch from 130-2. Why can't you structure your breaks so that there is no closure. Poor management and unprofessional

Went in to buy a few items and upon checkout, I am addressed by this guy who appeared to have and accent from India. He asks for personal phone number info, which I declined. (I find this quite annoying basically every where you go today to purchase items). He became insistent and again told him that I DECLINE!! He went ahead and told me the next time I shop there, you will be asked AGAIN-WTF! I responded and said there will not be a next time and if in fact there was, I would DECLINE again. I do not know who this guy thinks he is, however, his aggressive nature when asking for personal info from a customer is completely absurd. CVS - put this guy in check and tell him not to treat customers like that! Glad I paid with CASH! Sheesh!

I had never visited the store. I fill all my prescriptions there and buy stuff online from that store. The pharmacists there are super nice and fix all my problems regarding credit card problem and delivery problems. Samar worked so hard to solve all my complicated problems on prescriptions and delivery. My urgently needed prescription is out of stock in her cvs pharmacy. Samar arranged my prescription to be delivered from other store. She is very patient, and she is so smart in solving the problems. She has super problem solving skill. She knows how the CVS system work!!!!
