I have been a client of Dan’s State Farm Agency for many years now because he and his team are always very helpful with any issues or questions I may have. Regardless of who I am working with, if there is any time where my question or my issue is not that specific persons area of expertise they have always let me know that someone else on their team is better able to help me. They work great as a team to always make sure their customers are receiving top notch service. Anytime I have visited their office I am always welcomed with a smile and pleasant conversation along with resolution to the issue at hand. If Dan is at the office at the time of my visit he always remembers me and makes sure he catches up with what I have going on. They are all great with helping me navigate through the insurance world so that the outcome is the best possible. Service is consistently a 5 out of 5.
I have had the pleasure of working with most of the team members. My primary contact is Yareli. When I need something done or have specific questions I am able to message Yareli directly. She is always very profesional, pleasant and goes above and beyond. She specializes in life insurance and her expertise in the subject has been very helpful.
My parents, who also were clients for many many years, worked mainly with Griselda and they loved her professionalism and ability to explain the insurance ins and outs. She would always go out of her way to help them and they really appreciated her.
I’ve continued to be under their care for many years because they care about me and my wellbeing, and that is rare in their industry. I am a very happy customer and recommend them to all my friends and family.
