I've found this store to be hit or miss. In selection, cleanliness, and in customer service. Sometimes it's great, sometimes not. I've yet to see it great in all three of those categories. If you're not looking for anything in particular, and you're patient, you can find some values.

Staff is horrible I would rate it a 0 if possible. Customer service sucks cashiers have a disgusting attitude . The cashier rolling her eyes at customers just because it's about to be closing time. The store should be close before 7:30pm if they no longer want customers to come in people need better training instead of throwing back the change to customers. 👎

Awful. They really should shut this store down completely. The staff, mostly the supervisors/managers are terrible. Ignoring customers, on their phones, gossiping, cursing and dirty, etc. I see less and less staff every time I go in and rightfully so. I even tried calling corporate and they too were also rude and useless. Disgusting environment. I’m a business owner and understand the importance of customer service and cleanliness. What a shame. I will not go back and encourage everyone not to.

Where do I begin. Store is unorganized, fitting rooms are dirty as hell with overflowing clothes.
Had to use the restroom for my little one and a girl was rude as hell and took so long, my child wasn't able to hold it. She was huffing and puffing at everything she had to do. Wish I had taken her name down because she was unbearable. If you don't like working night shift, find another freaking job, can't? Then value the one you have! Felt extremely unsafe afterwards with her there. Both manager and herself are a jokeeee! Look around before you start laughing and dismissing a customer. You never know when their spouse might be listening.

I really enjoy shopping at this DD's. The store is always clean and organized. Alma B is extremely pleasant and the whole staff is great, it's always a good experience.. and let's not forget, you can't beat those prices!! 🤑🤘

I Had very bad experience, I spent there above $70 but cashier overcharged me and it was more then $80 when I call them one of their staff said come tomorrow with tag and receipt.so I went next day but one of front staff old lady she was very rude and she accused me, and I was told come again Monday while manager was there, again I went Monday with all the stuff I bought there with tag and receipt and manager checked camera and agreed that cashier charged me double but the thing is I supposed to get return for two items. coz cashier double charged me for two but manager didn’t check with item code. So, got returned receipt only one, but still didn’t get money back may be on the way🙄,!! Very bad customer service I will never go again 👎

Rude sales associate. Tried to return clothing that I bought because the changing rooms are always closed. They said that they cant take items that have been worn. WHAT? I was told by the clerk when I purchased them that I could try them on and bring them back since the changing rooms were closed. Ladies at the front were very rude and were giving me attitude and bad looks. Now im out of nearly $100

Okay, so I just want to give the staff 10/10 stars. Every time I've gone in there, everyone has been sweet and fun and funny. As for the products and prices, I'm still unsure how I feel. When I did my first initial tour, I was like, great, Ross Lite. The prices seem the same, and so does the selection. They are cleaner and staff is nicer. The quality of the things I bought so far seems good. Amazing staff though.
