We were waited on immediately. I asked a question about one of the chocolates and the clerk actually knew the answer. I’ve never gotten an answer about that ingredient. She knew everything we questioned about. The sale was great. Service was fantastic.

Sold us some chocolate cherries that didn't seem fresh at all. For the price, make sure you are selling fresh pieces.

Lovely little candy store! It was empty when I arrived on a Saturday evening, 45 minutes before closing time - except for Nancy, who greeted me and delivered the utmost in customer service. While they no longer had a seasonal item in stock which I was looking for, I soon re-discovered an old affinity for their mint meltaways and was even introduced to some appetizing treats for a special someone. She gave me an extensive tour of the store and its offerings, and I got a discount at the end. A sweet way to close out the day. :)

I was so happy that I found a Fannie Mae outlet store. As soon as I walked in the door, it brought memories of my grandmother and I visiting the shop by her house in Des Plaines. There’s a wonderful woman named Tina that works there. She was nice enough to show me all the different goodies that they had in the store and the specials for the day. They have a senior discount day, I believe that was Wednesday. They also have AARP discount. And the day I was there if you spent $10 you had a discount on the wonderful chocolate candy bars they have. I purchased a box of turtles and a dark chocolate candy bar. Needless to say, the box of turtles was open before I got home. The shop is very clean and bright! So give yourself a special memory of chocolate and being young. Stop in and say hello to Tina who will be watching over all the wonderful chocolates. Don’t forget to make a list of what your friends like because they will ask you to grab something. I know mine did! Remember holidays are right around the corner! And Tina I promise I’ll be back soon?

Frannie May is a great store that never disappoints, especially with their amazing buckeye chocolates. ?Melissa's warm and knowledgeable assistance made our visit a breeze. Despite living out of state, we always make it a point to visit Frannie May when in town.The combination of delicious chocolates and welcoming atmosphere, thanks to Melissa's hospitality, creates an unforgettable experience.Whether you're a local or a visitor, Frannie May is a must-visit for chocolate lovers.

Drove by after dinner and had to stop into Fannie May as their chocolates hold childhood memories. I recall my mother bringing home a box of mint meltaways or chocolate pixies in the 90s, so its nice to see this chocolate shop still standing. Staff was friendly and offered us samples. Same delicious taste!
