The worst customer service ever
They are so rude
I drop my sister there after one hour and 20 min they didn’t do anything except remove nails.
And they are talking rude to us
Never gonna go back there again ever again. It me noir my cousins and sister

I’m very particular when it comes to acrylic gel and the overall paint job on my nails, and I’ve been extremely impressed with the quality of work here. I see Lily and Kim—both are true perfectionists who take their time and deliver a clean, precise finish every time. My nails consistently last 3+ weeks, which is amazing considering I’m a full-time hairstylist.
I also really appreciate the thoughtful details, like the pedicure tubs with foot stands—they make the whole experience more comfortable and relaxing. It’s the little things that make a big difference!

The worker that sits by the door is rude , I’m paying for this service not getting it for free , when I keep asking her to fix something you can tell she gets mad , mind you the prices are outrageous terrible for a pink French manicure you kidding me $85?!! When there’s many people who get $65 or 75 with designs !!! And gems

The service is okay but the customer service was awful every time I tried this place. I try to not judge a person as anyone can have a bad day, but after a year trying it with different people, and all of them treating you unkindly, you start to wonder.. Some examples: one lady grabbed my foot aggressively during a pedicure. Another time I called ahead to book with one lady and I get there the lady is busy and they do not honor my appt, I had to leave as no one was available at that time. Last time I went, there was a sign stating that if you pay cash you get a 3% discount over the price advertised or shown. Their sign at the wall had regular pedicure $30, non-chip manicure $35. They also charged me $5 for removing previous non-chip. My total was $70 but the lady charged me $70 in cash saying it would be an additional 3% if I used credit card. I just paid what she was asking as she treated me in a bully way during my whole visit. However I wonder if they pick and choose who to treat badly, and I decided I wont be coming back there.

I've visited many different nail salons and this one really stood out to me. The inside is very nice and classy. The nail technicians were very kind and helpful. A dip nail set costs $50 which is pricier than usual but I think it's worth it. My nails last about seven weeks without any lifting or breaking and look even and beautiful.
