Probably the worst haircut I’ve ever had. It was uneven, not clean, and completely ignored what I asked for. She asked if I wanted a high or low cut—I said high cut but to taper it from zero to one. Instead, she shaved it all the way down to zero straight up to the top. I have no idea if they’re trained stylists or just inexperienced, but the result was extremely disappointing and left me with nothing to fix elsewhere.
Stylist is Tina, I just noticed she had bad reviews here as well. Seems like she is consistently doing really bad.

updating a a bad review I left years ago, and I should have done it sooner. Had a bad experience with a stylist once, but I've been a regular the last few years because of Lang. She's been keeping me looking right for a few years now. Been in a couple times when she hasn't been working, and I haven't had any complaints then either.

Lady on the left with the short black hair. If she’s the only available stylist there, just leave. If have any self respect for you or your child, just leave. She won’t listen to you. She’ll butcher everything and give you attitude. Corporate will try to contact you to help fix it but this location won’t assist and will ghost you. I’ll never go back here.

I would give it negative rating if possible…I took my son for a haircut. I would’ve done a way better job and this is not what I do for living…absolutely horrible job. We will never go back to Great Clips again…I am talking about Great Clips in Niles on Touhy Ave…don’t do that to your hairService: Kids' cuts

I had a haircut from second chair on the left as you enter (the one behind, not the front). Never seen a rude person like her before. She did a bad haircut leaving my hair uneven, and her machine hurt me on the back of my neck and on my ears. She was also upset that I had haircut from a different stylist last time. Person like her can spoil anyone’s morning.
