Worst place to do business with! Bought an end locker for my tool box and has told it would take a week to week and a half to get it. Going on 2 months and still nothing. Every time you call them to get some kind of information, they put you on hold for a long long period of time hoping you’d just hang up. I’m calling the credit card company and canceling and filing a complaint with BBB.

This is my go to place for tools.
I just replaced all my yard tools with the Atlas cordless ones. Love them. Battery life is great and power is great! Plus much easier and hassle free with no cord!

I went into the store a couple days ago and this nice gentleman (Anthony) came up to me and asked if I needed help also he walked me threw the store so I know where the stuff is that I want so if he isn’t here to help me I can know where to look my self.

I never knew this place existed until I was watching a Youtube tutorial for a dropcloth slipcover for a sofa and the youtuber linked the dropcloth she bought at Harbor Freight. I had been looking for a dropcloth on Amazon and at Home Depot/Lowes, which were all in the $25-$35 range. The one on the Harbor Freight website was $15. I thought that maybe Harbor Freight was a local store to wherever the Youtuber lived, because I had never heard of it or seen one, so I was happy to check the store locator link and find one close by. And it had the drop cloth I wanted in stock. I was able to quickly find it in store (exactly in the aisle/bin the website said it would be). The cashier was nice. I'm not sure why the reviews here are so low. I walked out with my dropcloth, saved at least $10 compared to Amazon (and $15-$20 compared to HD/Lowes), and it was super quick. It feels like an Ace Hardware inside, except better prices. The dropcloth isn't the best quality (it's their store brand, I assume), but it definitely serves its purpose as a temporary slipcover to test out if I want to reupholster my sofa in that color fabric. I need to buy a powerdrill one of these days, and I will likely be coming here to do so. Their drills are very reasonably priced. Also, they had great music playing (The Offspring was rocking out on the playlist while I was there). I'll definitely be back.

Great staff, awesome selection.The staff on duty is always welcoming and very knowledgeable of the products they stock.They help load up heavy items to your car without you having to ask so hard to get help in most tool stores.The workers are very attentive to all customers, they are always willing to help in any way possible. They always offer to help you load your heavy purchases into your cart without needing to lose it, which is something very difficult to find in this type of business.

I wish I knew the employee's name that helped me. I was looking for quinn low profile socket set 11 peice sae. He was working hard and had no problem getting them from the back he knew exactly what i was looking for. I went to 3 different harbor freights and this was the golden one with solid employee's.
