I don't know why I keep coming back when my expectations are so low but at least now I can finally stop coming here. I had to go to TWO stores today to find one product. Spoiler alert. This was the first store. Had to leave empty handed because I couldn't find anyone to help me get a product down from the shelves.

Staff very helpful in garden center. Nice selection of flowers. Only negative, not easy to access from Oakton entrances due to construction.

Delivery time range: 6am!! To 8pm? I beg your pardon...so stay home then entire day and wait? It's 5pm...I am stiiiilll waiting ..because DELIVERY RANGE IS 6AM TO 8PM.. I CANT GET GROCERIES..I CANT LEAVE MY HOUSE THE ENTIRE DAY ...MY ENTIRE DAY IS GONE...NEVER EVERR AGAIN.. F U HOME DEPOT

Still have issues getting returned and damaged items mixed in with the new items... But they are always willing to rectify it if you catch it early.

I picked up an order of outdoor lights that were delivered to this store. Went to the locker, entered my access code and pulled out my package. Simple. Since this was first time at this store, I looked around and found it to be clean and well organized. I plan to visit the store more often in the future when purchasing needs arise.
