The West Niles Home Depot provides tools, appliances, outdoor furniture, and building materials. It is not just a hardware store but a place known for great shopping experiences. The garden center is fully stocked with nicely kept plants. Customers report super fast curbside pickup and very friendly, kind, and helpful associates who go above and beyond. The customer service is amazing, making trips easy and smooth. The store is friendly, well stocked, easy to get around, and highly recommended. It is worth going out of your way to visit for quick and efficient service.

I'm getting sick and tired of being pressed to get a Home Depot card at the register. Very annoying. Sometimes it's hard to find staff in the aisles to help you find certain items

We had a great experience with the rental tools department. Torrey went above and beyond to make sure we had the right generator. He was so knowledgeable, kind, and helpful. Great experience.
