Just got done talking to service counter at Niles. The counter person was short and quick to boot me off the phone. Won't be using Johnstone anything anymore.

I'm an HVAC Student so I came to get some tools that I need for school, IN an HVAC store, right at the beginning guys start making fun of me because I was asking for heat resistant gloves one of them said I have them in my kitchen other than that I don't use them, continue to make fun of the questions that I have which I didn't appreciate. I know I'm a student and I'm still very ignorant about the specific things and tools I need an HVAC but that does not give you the right to make fun of me. I do not recommend this store at all because of their disrespectful and rude employees. Nothing to do with Johnston supply since the location in Melrose park were super helpful and informative, just this specific store

Customer service is horrendous at this location. I had several problems with my account online and it took almost a week for them to get back to me. I had two issues and turn around time for both was about the same.
