We used Kitchen and Bath Mart in the early 90's for kitchen remodeling in our first home and we were extremely happy with the results. So when it came time to update our kitchen, down stairs bath and master bath in our second home we went once again to Kitchen and Bath Mart in Niles. Working with George was a pleasure, he was very knowledgeable on all levels of the project.
Because of the multitude of choices available it is hard to decide what we wanted, George help guide us by offering options using drawings and examples at their nicely appointed show room.
The project went as planned, in the time frame they proposed. The installation crew consisted of a husband and wife team, Kris and Joann who did a fantastic job, they are truly artists at what they do. They were clean, organized and friendly. As in any major project there were a couple unexpected things that popped up, they were worked around the problems with professional results.
We highly recommend Kitchen and Bath Mart and would use them again.

Kitchen & Bath Mart gave us the best renovation experience we have ever had! We had a horrible experience with another company who only replaces showers. We were a bit skittish about redoing the rest of the bathrooms, but after meeting George at Kitchen & Bath Mart, we immediately trusted him. George did not disappoint. He (and Joe) thoughtfully designed two beautiful bathrooms, which perfectly matched two showers that they didn't even put in. George was unfailingly prompt, reliable, thorough and professional, every step of the way. George, Joe and Dennis kept us updated, started our project exactly when they said they would, and and helped to create two bathrooms that felt like luxury at a very reasonable cost. The construction team, headed by Shaun, was as professional, prompt, courteous, and detail-oriented as George and his team. Shaun and his team were even able to help us with much-needed drywall and paint repairs in our home, which were not part of our original project. We are forever grateful to Kitchen & Bath Mart! We will definitely go back when and if we ever need to redo our kitchen. Highly, highly recommend. Kitchen & Bath Mart is one in a million.

This small company has an excellent design staff and top notch installation/ construction crews. My designer, who guided me through a complete bathroom redo, is talented and dedicated, and the installers hold themselves to a high standard of quality. The result is beautiful work. However, the owners, two brothers, don't communicate well with staff or with clients, resulting in unnecessary delays, misunderstandings, and uncertainty.

Today Wednesday 19 April at 4.30 I pulled in them parking lot to go look for a faucet that my husband sent me for (general contractor)loving to support small businesses whatever Right before to walk in the store I was about to get some cash from the atm next door. Once I walked out of my car is this brunette witch that points on me with her finger from inside of the store to not park there .(no problem I moved my car AND the business somewhere else) The parking was completely empty. I kinda understood that she didn’t want me to use the parking if I only wanted to go next door but how did she assumed such a thing. Anyway if the Coustumer service in this place is the way how she treated me without even talking to me , thank you much but there are plenty of places where I can shop. Stop assuming things people , everybody deserves a chance

I bought all bathroom materials from K&B, and had my kitchen redone-cabinets, back splash, counters and ceiling fan. They were very professional, always on time, and George checked in at the end of each day. I highly recommend them!Services: Cabinet installation

Kitchen and Bath Mart did an excellent job for us from start to finish. Beginning with assisting in the overall design and all the way through the constrution process ,things were organized to a T, the workers were courteous and cleaned up the site every day and they were attentive to any items that needed to be dealt with during construction. Our family has been working with Kitchen & Bath (K&B) Mart for more than 30 years on various projects at three homes, most recently a gut-remodel of a high-rise condominium kitchen and a vanity refresh in two bathrooms. Each time, the K & B team has delivered outstanding results which exceeded expectations in terms of design and functionality, high-quality materials, and workmanship at craftsman levels. Over the years, we’ve gotten to know the owners (and brothers) Dennis and Joe, and have always appreciated their advice and wisdom as we’ve made decisions and selections. They know what they’re doing!Our kitchen project started the exact day it was projected to three months earlier, finished on schedule, and there is not one thing that we wish we had done differently. The installers for our project were amazing, efficient, and talented – even the engineers and maintenance men in our large, downtown Chicago high-rise praised the quality of their work.Some insights from our kitchen project that may be helpful for those considering a major project:(1) The design and selection process takes time – don’t rush through it. It’s easier and far less expensive to make changes on paper than after an installation. Have an idea of what you’re seeking, do your homework, have realistic expectations, and be open to suggestions and options from your designer.(2) Keep in mind that supply chains are interrupted these days, and that delivery times are often much longer. K&B does not start a project unless all of the major components (excluding appliances) are in their warehouse. As the customer, you’ll appreciate their approach. Yes, we waited….and it was worth it. Be patient.(3) Kitchen & Bath Mart is a firm that is honest, trustworthy, and committed to making their customer’s dreams come true. We highly recommend them.Services: Installation
