I had a very good experience today at the Sephora within this Kohls store. The young woman working was very attentive, capable and pleasant. I watched her deal with a very annoying customer who tried to monopolize her time with ridiculous requests, and this young lady was extremely patient and professional. I just do not understand why customers do not see that other people are waiting behind them. There is no reason to ask for directions to another store in the age of Google maps!
I actually felt entertained watching this woman (customer) make demands of this very patient employee with multiple ridiculous requests. It’s astounding to me how people do not seem to realize they aren’t the only person on planet earth!
Again back to the employee- she was awesome and kind. I could not have had the same level of patience. I wish I had gotten her name so I could recognize her professionalism. She even thanked me for waiting and recognized how long I had to wait.
It’s not often you encounter employees like this. Thank you!

Good selection of brand name clothes, shoes and jewelry. They have clothes for all ages including kids. Quality of items sold are really good but the prices are extremely high. You have to wait for sale or search for coupons for prices to be a little better. There is also an Amazon return center within the store. Plenty of parking in the front.
