I love Lands End as a brand. Their coats and clothes have always been excellent. But the guy they have working here is very rude. He asked if we needed anything so we asked where the children’s section was, he very matter of factly states they don’t have one anymore and everything needs to be purchased online. Okay, the tone was not necessary but I still wanted a coat so when I found a coat I liked I simply asked for clarification if the price listed on the coat was already with the 50%. Again met with an air of “what a stupid question of course not” (he didn’t actually say that but it was the implied tone” at that point I decided to take my business elsewhere. It is an excellent store offering a wide variety of quality clothing. At regular and discount pricing. I’ve been shopping there for years. The prices are extraordinary. There are lots of bargains. The dressing rooms are excellent. A good size room with a door and chair inside. The staff keeps them clean and tidy.

As I was going online to do some shopping I immediately decided against this only because the starfish leggings are ridiculously priced for that price I could buy 2 and almost 3 when on sale. They were very good quality many many years ago!! I completely understand that materials & what not have gone up in price but I can no longer support these ridiculous prices. It’s such a shame. But make sure you save receipts cause if not they’ll try to give you pennies on the dollar. I have a parka that didn’t fit my husband tags are still on…. I paid $120+ and only wanted to give me lunch money. Greed!!! So long Lands End it was nice knowing you.

The customer service at the store is phenomenal! They did more for me than Lands End customer service line was willing to do! They helped me secure some more of the shirts that I was needing for my employees. This is the level of service that we all deserve! Thank you so much!

Lands End clothes are well made. Unfortunately it is too expensive for me. But they have great sales. The store is not very large so there is a limited amount of clothes. Few big girls and men clothes. The return policy is the best. If you buy online you can return items here. If it's the wrong size they will reorder the right size for you at the store and ship it to your home.

Rude staff! The person that assisted me was a man, could have been a manager. I had to drive an hour to get to this store to do a return, it was a gift. He told me he couldn’t do store credit that day. They had to mail me a gift card. I wasn’t upset and just asked nicely if there was anything else that could be done since it is an hour drive. He said “ ma’am…I am doing a service to you. If you want you can just keep this size” He then pushed the item to me. He was very rude! Avoid this store!!

We purchased a jacket for my husband in late fall at the Lands’ End store. He didn’t wear it much until the cold weather set in in December. After a few wearings he found the zipper to be faulty and had a problem with the lining. We returned it to the store but unfortunately, no longer had the receipt; although I had a copy of the transaction on my credit card statement which I showed her. The sales person said they had to send it to corporate for the return because of no receipt and I would get a credit in the mail. The purchase price was about $125.00 and the credit I received was $12.00. I spent much time online and in the phone with Lands’ End customer service and that’s it. Very poor customer relations and not standing by their product. If you buy anything at the store vs online keep your receipts!
