Recently purchased a new frame to display my diploma, which I had allowed to languish in the closet for decades and was reminded that in addition to craft items, Michael's also had a frame department. The frame, being oversized, had some built in hangers, but since I didn't feel comfortable with aligning the screw-in units on the wall, I simply wanted an old fashioned wire hanger on the back. Given my experience with other frame shops, I expected I would have to drop it off and come back the following week to pick it up. The young gentleman working in the department, Flavius, surprised me by telling me I could swing back within the hour and pick it up. I went off to do some shopping at the Eddie Bauer Outlet and within a half hour received a phone call from Flavius telling me I could pick up the frame! Thanks, Flavius, for a great experience. Wish all shopping could be this excellent.

My first time visit to this store and I will be definitely be coming back. A very friendly and helpful staff who answered my questions and helped me find what I was looking for, although the selection of colors in the spray paint could be broader. Very good prices compared to other craft stores Ive shopped at. Friendly and prompt checkout

This place is great! I came here for some paint for my daughter, ended up getting a lot of other stuff I needed. They have a wide selection of different things, especially seasonal items like for Easter and Christmas. definitely coming back.

This is a great Michael's - I feel that they have a great selection of items, are well-stocked, and the cashiers here are friendly and efficient - they really do move the lines along! We came here to look for some holiday ornaments, and I loved that their displays as well as their offerings were diverse! If you're an educator, don't forget to sign up or take advantage of extra savings/discounts! Plenty of parking in the lot. +well-stocked +efficient cashiers +plenty of parking

Clean store and easy layout. Customer service...poor at best. If one is that miserable at work, then don't work there. There seemed to only be one guy working there and to be honest, probably not the best employee to be positioned at the front cashiering.

This store was very well organized and clean. I was very happy with the supply in this store, the shelves were well stocked. The employees were super nice and patient and even gave us a discount since one of my friends is a reward menu. Overall I was super pleased with my experience here and would recommend.
