Please take my advice and never order from this horrible company. I ordered a basket for my girlfriend from Mrs. Prindables for Valentines Day which is the only thing she really wanted. I purposely placed my order in mid-January to ensure that I could get delivery on Valentines Day which was absolutely the day I selected. I even have a print out showing that I selected a February 14th delivery. Somehow they arbitrarily changed my delivery date to February 16th without my direction or consent. When I called today about my order status they insisted that I ordered it for the 16th when I have a print out that says February 14th. In addition, the rep on the phone was nasty and the only option she gave me was to cancel my order. She made no offer or suggestion to try to provide a solution or maybe discount my order displaying horrible customer service to a previous loyal customer. Now I have nothing for my GF on Valentines Day and Mrs. P really really does not give a damn. I will never order from them again since they have horrible customer service and definitely do not live up to their obligations. They probably took on too many orders for Valentines Day and made the decision to change orders arbitrarily in their system instructing the reps to say it is the customers doing. This is no way to do business especially when you fleece your customers on the price. They charge an excessive amount for their product and shipping and do not live up to their agreement. I would give them 0 stars if the system would let me!!!

These look good but the apples i got had no flavor and they were supposed to be big. They were not. They were not worth the money and I'd never buy them again.

I received these as a gift and the apples were less than ideal. I reached out to the company and they immediately sent me new apples. The new apples are perfectly tart and crisp. I will definitely come back for more!

Disappointment for sure. Purchased 4 apples for Valentines Day that came in some cute holiday boxes. The apples were just OKAY. I had been given a gift a few years ago and thought it would be great to send. I had one myself and was like hardly any caramel on the apple and then the chocolate. Again, I would not order them again. They are not cheap and feel like I can find something similar local.

Really poor customer service. I have been a long time customer and have enjoyed sending these out for all sorts of occasions. Orderd 2 gifts for mothers day, paid for the more expensive shipping to make sure they arrived in time. One Grandma received, the other still hasn't. I have an account so I went back in to the orders to make sure I sent them correctly, exactly as I thought, i sent them both expedited shipping to be recieved on the Saturday prior to mothers day. I thought I better call and get it straightened out, on hold for 8 minutes then disconnected. Having spent thousands of dollars over the years sending to clients, families and friends since 2011, I will not use them again. And although this shipping was the most recent issue, I've had clients and friends tell me that when they cut into some of the apples sent out over the holidays, they were surprised to see brown at the core of some of the apples.

I've been ordering these for quite a while and they USED to be so good. For the past 2 or 3 years their quality has really gone down, as far as the caramel apples anyways. Just sent a 4 pack to me daughter and she threw them out. They were watery, mushy and smelled like rotted apples. So disappointing. Customer service blamed it on the cold weather. This is the third time this has happened. Really? Maybe Mrs Prindles should no longer sell and ship their apple. products during the Winter months

*Update* From what I could tell from my experience, it's their call center customer service that they have a problem with, and I was told they are working on it! With that being said, Samantha who helped me through their TikTok account customer service, was an absolute pleasure to work with, she was polite and efficient! I received the correct items, and a refund, in an interesting turn of events, I was also gifted by someone else one of their apples, and they were delicious!! I want to reinforce that the quality of the products is great, and that was never the problem with the company! Thank you for doing better!! What a horrible experience, my $14.99 delivery was a day late, I did not receive the items I ordered, I tried calling customer service several times, got hung up on 3 times, until Erica "None of your business" (full name given by the associate that doesn't have an associate number) wouldn't give me any information on how I could get my order either refunded or corrected, than I spoke to "Huffing Gina" who was also very unhelpful and super rude!

I ordered 8 large apples (almost $300 with shipping) on the Mrs. Prindables website, to be delivered to a client of mine on a specific day before the holidays. It would be the only day the owner and employees would all be present. Mrs. Prindables does let you pick out your desired delivery date and it is confirmed on their website. I got an order confirmation via email. I noticed the charge on my credit card right away even though the delivery was to be weeks later. I took this to be a confirmation that the order went through. However, I made the mistake of waiting until the day before delivery date to check the tracking status and it just said "ordered" with no details. I immediately called Mrs. Prindables and no real person answered. I was passed from one voice mailbox to another, and was left waiting a long period of time with each transfer. I assumed if the company was closed they would state as such, but there were continued prompts as though they were going to take your call and no one ever picked up. One of the times I waited 30 minutes before hanging up. I decided to complain via email and immediately got an email back saying the order was just shipped and a tracking number was initiated. Hmmm... I called again the next day and finally got someone on the phone. I told them the whole story and how the order had to be delivered on a specific day, now this day of my conversation with them. The customer service rep claimed the order was probably on a loading dock. She also claimed there would be no way to stop the transit. I couldn't specify to deliver the following week on the same day, since the apples were perishable and I didn't want them in transit for another week. Basically she couldn't control the delivery at this point anyway. I expressed my frustration to the rep. She said either the order was lost or would end up showing up at some point. I felt I had no choice but to cancel. I did get an "I'm Sorry" but there was no attempt to make it right. I had already notified my client that they would be receiving a delivery on this specific day. They got nothing and I was so embarrassed!! Mrs. Prindables did credit my account after about a week and this was after I had to call again, at which time they said there was a note in the file to credit me but it hadn't actually been initiated. I am so disappointed that not more effort was made to fix the situation. Doesn't seem very professional.

This review is special for a few reasons. The first reason is my reaching 501 reviews in 2021. Two years ago, I hit 500. I have shattered my personal best, which makes me feel like I'm an athlete flexing my fingers and thoughts! This review is also special because I finally got to try Mrs Prindable's apples and managed to give them out as thank-you gestures to a few people. It's more an expression of gratitude and Mrs Prindable's apples complement how grateful I am of others during my travels. I have known about Mrs Prindable's caramel apples with various toppings over the caramel for years. I couldn't import them over the border because they are considered produce. Recently, I made a purchase of ten Christmas-themed apples: - Five triple chocolate chip and holly berry sprinkle apples - Five S'mores and snowflake sprinkle apples I had a guaranteed ship-out date of December 13. I was travelling stateside on December 20. I made the decision to ship the apples to the hotel that I am currently staying at and fetch the shipment when I checked in. I checked in on December 20. I got a nice man who recognized me from my last visit a month ago. He noted that I had a package, but he couldn't find it. He said that he'd continue to find it or have one of his colleagues help. It was great. The following morning, I spoke with two women at the front desk about my package. One of them who manages the kitchen knew exactly where my package was. The other woman was the person who recognized that I was carrying a box of Crumbl Cookies from my last trip. My last stay wasn't as smooth as it could have been. If you want your room cleaned, you need to ask for it. I did the second time at 10:30 am. The woman came half an hour early. I asked that she come back in twenty minutes. She never did. I asked for housekeeping the following day. It didn't happen. I don't think it was asking too much to have my room cleaned twice during a ten-night stay. I wrote a review that the hotel had requested and everyone at the hotel had read it, including the two women. They both made sure that I had my room scheduled for cleaning every Friday during my current stay. One of them fetched my box of caramel apples. The other booked everything and said, "We'll make it right." It was so nice. I went back to my room with the box of apples. Each one was individually wrapped. I had the s'mores one first. You do need to slice through it. You can't gnaw on it because there is so much caramel and stuff on the apple. OMG! The green apple was sweet and huge. It was the best apple that I have ever had in my life. The chocolate and white chocolate chips, with candy snowflakes and crushed graham crackers, were so good. The caramel was lovely. Not overly sweet, but it held everything together. I ate the entire apple for breakfast. Hey, why not?! I then brought two of them down, in mini boxes that came with the apples, to the two women at the front desk. I thanked them for their help to make things right. They were delighted. A couple of nights later, I caught the man at the front desk. I gave him one of these apples. I thanked him for everything that he did and does. My last trip, I had come back from a Wild-Leafs hockey game. It was snowing. This man was outside shovelling snow. I let him know that most folks would take it for granted, but I appreciated his quiet effort instead of waiting for the snowplows to come out hours later. He was touched. He told me that he can tell whether guests are fake. He never got that impression with me. He said that I was one of the good ones. I appreciated it. He let me know the following day that he had some of the apple and loved it. He was still working on it because it was huge! I spoke to one of the women yesterday. She devoured her apple and is so hooked that she's getting some for herself. The triple chocolate chip apple is decadent. If you're a chocoholic, this apple is for you. The same thing applies as far as the sweet green apple and deliciou
